[摘要] 目的 观察分析经颅多普勒超声对颈内动脉狭窄诊断效果。 方法 方便选取于2015年1月—2017年12月期间80例患者作为该次研究对象，TCD检查发现颈内动脉狭窄具体情况后，对患者行颈部血管彩超检查，MRA检查对比。观察TCD对颈内动脉狭窄诊断的敏感性、准确性以及特异性。 结果 通过对患者行经颅多普勒超声诊断颈内动脉狭窄，发现此种诊断方法的敏感性、特异性以及准确性均最高，都达到了90%。 结论 经颅多普勒超声诊断颈内动脉狭窄情况，相较于MRA检查诊断结果均具备较高的一致性，是颈内动脉狭窄在临床诊断中，较为简单且安全有效的临床检查方法。

Analysis of Effect of Transcranial Doppler Sonography in Diagnosis of Internal Carotid Stenosis

[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the effect of transcranial Doppler sonography in diagnosis of internal carotid stenosis. Methods 80 cases of patients from January 2015 to December 2017 were convenient selected， and the specific condition of arteria carotis interna was discovered by the TCD examination， and the patients were examined by the cervical vascular color Doppler ultrasound， and the sensitivity， accuracy and specificity of TCD in diagnosis of internal carotid stenosis were observed. Results The sensitivity， accuracy and specificity of TCD in diagnosis of internal carotid stenosis were the highest， reaching 90%. Conclusion The sensitivity， accuracy and specificity of TCD in diagnosis of internal carotid stenosis are highly consistent with the MRA examination results， and it is a simple， safe and effective clinical examination method in clinical diagnosis of internal carotid stenosis.

颈内动脉狭窄病症在当前临床医学中，是临床缺血性脑血管疾病较为常见的发病原因[1]。经颅多普勒超声诊断，可以对颅内外血管的狭窄情况进行筛查。能够实现连续性、实时性监测患者的颅内外多条血管，并且还可以有效的应用于具体的病症筛选以及随诊中[2]。由于现阶段临床中并未统一颈内动脉狭窄的TCD判断指标，和具体的血管狭窄量化标准，因此对TCD诊断的准确性造成了一定的影响。在临床中通过行TCD诊断技术方法，能够更加灵活、方便，且不会产生较大的创伤，因此能够为临床诊断，提供客观性、可靠性诊断依据[3]。该次研究方便选取于2015年1月—2017年12月期间80例患者作为该次研究对象，观察分析经颅多普勒超声对颈内动脉狭窄诊断效果，现报道如下。……
