[摘要] 目的 针对小儿腹泻的病因以及临床治疗效果进行分析和研究。 方法 将该院在2016年5月—2017年5月期间收治的136例腹泻患儿，将这些患者作为该次研究主体，其次进行按照回顾性方式分析患者具体的临床资料，最后对其病因和臨床效果进行相应的总结。 结果 根据大便轮状病毒抗原检查以及大便常规检查结果显示，78例（57.35%）为感染性腹泻，58例（42.65%）为非感染因素造成的腹泻。在经过针对性治疗后，76例显效，55例有效，5例无效，治疗总有效率为96.32%。 结论 导致小儿发生腹泻疾病的原因比较多，而且具有一定的复杂性，因而在临床诊治过程中必须先准确的找出发病原因，然后针对性的采取相应的治疗措施，这对快速控制患儿病情具有重要作用。

Causes and Clinical Treatment of Children with Diarrhea

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and research the causes and clinical treatment of children with diarrhea. Methods 136 cases of children with diarrhea admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and the specific clinical data were reviewed， and the causes and clinical effect were summarized. Results The stool rotavirus antigen examination and stool routine examination showed that there were 78 cases（57.35%） with infectious diarrhea， 58 cases （42.65%） with non-infectious diarrhea， and the targeted treatment showed that 76 cases were markedly effective， 55 cases were effective， and 5 cases were ineffective， and the total effective rate was 96.32%. Conclusion There are a lot of causes of children with diarrhea， with a certain complexity， therefore， we must accurately find out the causes， and use the targeted treatment measures， which is of important significance to the rapid control of diseases in children.

作为一种常见的消化道疾病，腹泻的临床表现现象比较多，其中有：大便性状的改变，即呈现稀便和水样便、粘液便和脓血便的状态；大便次数较多，基本上一日超过3次。这种疾病作为我国较为常见的多发病。在现阶段，随着我国经济发展的驱动，医院医疗条件明显改善和提升，因而使得我国小儿腹泻死亡率呈现不断下降的状态。但发病率仍然较高。小儿患腹泻如果没有得到及时有效治疗的话，还会严重威胁着患儿的生命健康安全[1]。因此在临床治疗中，就需要快速的确定患儿致病因，采取及时有效的治疗措施。2016年5月—2017年5月期间该文主要是对该院收治的腹泻患儿，回顾性分析患儿的临床资料，总结发病原因以及临床治疗效果，现报道如下。……
