摘 要：阐明医院外勤用工管理系统用于医院的外勤服务接单、派单管理、工作量统计等信息化管理系统，以及建设该系统所需要的环境，实现为临床科室提供更优质、高效的外勤服务，满足患者和临床科室的需求，激发发外勤工人的积极性，节约人力资源，提高管理水平。

Research and Application of Hospital Field Information Management System Based on Clinical Services

Abstract：Clarify that the hospital field employment management system is used in hospitals for field service orders，dispatch management，workload statistics and other information management systems，as well as the environment needed to build the system，to provide better and more efficient field services for clinical departments.Satisfy the needs of patients and clinical departments， stimulate the enthusiasm of field workers，save human resources，and improve management.

我院分散在临床一线的工勤人员没有统一的管理和规范的流程，其质量和效率难以控制，存在以下问题：①工人下科室不主动，记账多，三五成群等待记账，严重影响医院形象。②送标本多且路途远，三十几个护送人员来回往综合楼检验科跑，造成人力浪费。③工人分到科室后，科室护送工作量不均衡，调配人员协助较困难。④工人积极性、主动性不高，送患者做完检验、放射检查后，护送工人不能及时来检查科室接患者，检验、放射医技科室对此意见非常大。故我院通过信息化手段进行流程再造，并形成统一的护送队伍进行集中管理，合理分配工勤人员的资源分配，介绍如下。

1系统流程与架构

为有效解决外勤用工服务存在的问题，我院决定使用医院外勤用工管理信息系统。该系统采用B/S模式，在Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2开发环境里用C#编程语言来搭建，采用MSSQL数据库。服务器端基于HIS环境和医院内部网络，运行平台：2008 Windows Server。客户端：操作系统 Windows XP/7/8/10，与目前HIS系统使用的终端匹配。
