摘 要：西安医学院自2012年起成为我国教育部及卫生部“卓越医生教育培养计划”教育改革的第一批试点院校。目前在校大学生多以90后为主体，他们具有更强的自我感受和独立意识。学生主体思想的变化势必会对传统教学模式产生影响。在根据当前学生的特点进行的临床技能实验课教学改革中我们采用了基于PBL和“情景模拟”相结合的教学方式，引导学生主动参与并设计诊疗过程。对比传统的教学方式，该创新教学模式获得了实验教师及学生的认可，达到了更好的教学效果。

The Necessity and Exploration of Clinical Skills Teaching Method Reform in the Training of Excellent Physicians

Abstract：Since 2012，Xi'an Medical College has become the first batch of pilot institutions for education reform of the“Outstanding Doctor Education and Training Program”of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health.At present，many college students are mostly post-90s.They have stronger self-perception and independent consciousness.The change of students' main ideas will inevitably affect the traditional teaching mode.In the teaching reform of clinical skills experiments based on the characteristics of current students， we used a combination of PBL and“situation simulation”teaching methods to guide students to actively participate in and design the treatment process.Compared with traditional teaching methods，this innovative teaching model has gained the recognition of experimental teachers and students and achieved better teaching results.

“卓越醫生教育培养计划”是我国针对医学生高等教育的创新改革项目，已在全国多个学校进行试点教学。临床技能学是医学生在临床本科五年制教学第三年中开设的的一门必修课程，临床技能学的开设是在医学生已经具有一定病理、生理、解剖等基础知识的前提下，为医学生更好步入后期临床见习及实习做准备，是与临床实际工作衔接、体现医学生专业技能的必要步骤，也是医学生从“学”到“做”的重要转折点。目前的在校大学生思维活跃，重视自我感受，喜欢创新。如何针对教学主体的变化不断优化、改进教学模式是医学教学工作的重点。本文将结合我校实施教学改革的实情进行以下总结分析及探讨。
