[摘要] 目的 了解护理实习生对胰岛素笔规范注射的认识，为临床进一步开展胰岛素注射培训提供依据。方法 于2017年5—10月选择到内分泌科实习生58名，入科时统一培训胰岛素笔规范注射和讲解胰岛素相关知识，出科前进行胰岛素笔注射操作和理论知识考核，并对收集到的数据进行统计分析。结果 实习生胰岛素笔注射执行情况欠规范、胰岛素相关知识掌握较理想。结论 加强临床操作管理，完善胰岛素笔的规范注射。

Investigation of Standardized Injection Status of Insulin Pen of Nursing Interns

[Abstract] Objective To know the awareness of standardized injection status of insulin pen of nursing interns thus providing basis for the further development of insulin injection training. Methods 58 interns in the department of endocrinology from May to October 2017 were selected， and the standardized injection of insulin pen and insulin related knowledge at admission were trained uniformly， and the patients were for insulin pen injection operation and theoretical knowledge examination， and the collected data were counted. Results The trainee insulin pen injection execution is not stanclard，the knowledge of insulin related knowledge is better. Conclusion Strengthen the management of clinical operation and improve the stardard iniection of insulin pen.

根据2010年全国性糖尿病流行病学调查情况，中国18岁成人糖尿病患病率为11.6%。随着糖尿病发病率不断上升和糖尿病患者对胰岛素认识的不断提高，胰岛素已成为糖尿病患者最重要的治疗方案之一，胰島素规范注射和胰岛素相关知识掌握对患者血糖控制起着关键性作用；胰岛素注射笔因操作简单、剂量更加准确、携带及使用方便、减轻注射疼痛等优点，已在临床广泛使用。护理实习是护理教学的一个重要组成部分，是学生将理论知识与临床实践相结合的过程，是由知识向能力转化的过程，也是一名学生向一名合格护士过渡、转变的过程，是学校教育的深化和延续[1]。护理实习生在内分泌实习期间胰岛素笔注射是最基本的护理技能之一。但是，由于学校未重视、实习生学历、带教管理等诸多因素，实习生胰岛素笔注射操作的规范性较差[2]。……
