[摘要] 目的 探索甘肃省金塔镇卫生院管理的2型糖尿病患者对足部护理知识知晓的现状及其影响因素，为后期健康教育及相关干预研究提供理论依据。方法 对金塔镇卫生院管理的262例2型糖尿病患者进行足部护理知识问卷调查，并对影响其知识现状的因素进行调查。结果 共发放问卷268份，回收有效问卷262份，有效率97.76%。262例2型糖尿病患者对足部护理知识水平平均为（15.41±3.26）分，换算为标准分是71.02分，根据评价标准患者的总体知识水平处于中等水平。文化程度、糖尿病病程、定期复查、接受过并发症教育是患者足部护理知识知晓现状的主要影响因素。结论 金塔镇糖尿病患者足部护理知识现状不容乐观。应鼓励患者定期复查并积极参加健康教育，帮助患者提高足部护理知识水平。

Research on Awareness of Foot Nursing Knowledge and Influence Factors of Type 2 Diabetes Patients in Jinta Town in Gansu Province

[Abstract] Objective To explore the awareness of foot nursing knowledge and influence factors of type 2 diabetes patients in Jinta Town in Gansu Province thus providing theoretical basis for the later health education and related intervention and research. Methods The foot nursing knowledge of 262 cases of type 2 diabetes patients in health center in Jinta Town was surveyed by the questionnaire， and the influence factors and knowledge status were surveyed. Results 268 pieces of questionnaires were issued， and 262 pieces of effective questionnaires were cycled， and the effective rate was 97.76%， and the average level of foot nursing knowledge of 262 cases of type 2 diabetes was （15.41±3.26） points， and the standardized score was 71.02 points， and the total knowledge level of standardized patients was at a moderate level， and the culture degree， diabetic course， regular reexamination， and the reception of complication education were the major influence factors of awareness status of food nursing knowledge. Conclusion The food nursing knowledge status of diabetes patients in Jinta Town is not optimistic， and we should encourage the patients to receive the regular reexamination and actively take part in the health education and help patients improve the food nursing knowledge level.

糖尿病是常見的慢性病之一，具有病程长、难治愈等特征，而且具有较多的并发症，对患者的生活质量造成严重威胁。糖尿病足属于一种典型并发症，发病率高，且致残率高，研究表明[1]糖尿病足患者中约有5%～10%需要做截肢手术，在非创伤性截止患者中超过50%。有研究报道规范控制血糖、健康教育、优质护理可降低85%糖尿病足患者的截肢，截肢率从0.8%降至0.5%[2]。因此，该研究通过问卷调查了解该卫生院管理的2型糖尿病患者对于糖尿病护理知识的掌握情况，以期可以为后期的健康干预工作提供理论依据。……
