[摘要] 目的 比较将开腹手术与腹腔镜手术应用在直肠癌合并2型糖尿病患者中的临床效果与价值。方法 该次研究对象为2014年8月—2017年8月期间该院纳入的20例直肠癌合并2型糖尿病患者，依据手术方式的不同平均分为参照组与实验组，每组10例，参照组予以开腹手术，实验组予以腹腔镜手术，观察两组患者组间差异。 结果 实验组术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间、肠道功能恢复时间、并发症发生率对比参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在直肠癌合并2型糖尿病患者中应用开腹手术与腹腔镜手术均可获得显著效果，但腹腔镜手术更具优势。

Analysis of Comparison of Short-term Curative Effect of Laparoscope and Laparotomy of Patients with Rectal Carcinoma Combined with Type 2 Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical effect and value of laparoscope and laparotomy of patients with rectal carcinoma combined with type 2 diabetes. Methods 20 cases of patients with rectal carcinoma combined with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 10 cases in each according to different operation methods， the control group and the experimental group were respectively treated with laparotomy and laparoscope surgery， and the difference between the two groups was observed. Results The differences in the intraoperative bleeding amount， incision length， length of stay， intestine function recovery time and incidence rate of complications between the two groups were obvious with statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of laparoscope and laparotomy of patients with rectal carcinoma combined with type 2 diabetes is obvious， but the laparoscopic surgery is better.

糖尿病是慢性疾病的一种，经常与多种疾病合并发生，近年来发生率呈现逐年增加的发展趋势，是增加外科手术风险的一种关键因素[1]，会显著提升外科手术的并发症发生几率，临床研究中怎样辅助糖尿病合并直肠癌患者将围手术期顺利度过，获得比较显著的临床治疗效果成为研究的主要内容，同时也是临床外科医师实际操作中需要面对的基本问题。腹腔镜在临床治疗结直肠癌中已经得到广泛应用，具有恢复快、损伤小、创伤小等优势，此外也能够延長患者生存期以及提升短期疗效。从循证医学角度进行分析，腹腔镜手术存在一定可行性与安全性，为了进一步研究腹腔镜手术与开腹手术的临床效果，现报道该院2014年8月—2017年8月期间该院纳入分析的20例直肠癌合并2型糖尿病患者手术结果，现报道如下。
