摘 要：监理日记是项目监理机构开展监理活动而形成的全面、连续而又最真实的原始记录。监理日记的质量不仅能反映监理工作水平、工作成效，也能体现监理人员的技术素质、业务水平、履行监理职责的能力和工作成效，同时也反映监理企业的管理水平。本文从监理日记的概念、填写内容、注意问题等方面阐述了监理日记的规范填写方法。

Talking about how to regulate the complete supervision diary

Abstract： The diary is project supervision supervision supervision activities of institutions and the formation of a comprehensive， continuous and most authentic original records. Supervision diary reflects not only the quality of supervision level， work effectiveness， but also reflect the technical quality of supervision of personnel， operational level， the ability to perform supervisory duties and effectiveness， and also reflects the level of supervision of the management of enterprises. In this paper， the concept of supervision diary， fill in the content， pay attention to other aspects of the problem specification elaborated supervision diary entry method.

建设工程监理是建设工程项目管理的重要主体，是依据国家批准的工程项目建设文件、有关工程建设的法律、法规和工程建设监理合同及其它工程建设合同，对工程建设实施的监督管理。监理资料收集、编写、整理是建设工程监理工作的重要环节，是监理服务工作量和价值的体现，监理日志是监理实施监理活动的原始记录，它能够反映工程建设过程中监理人员进行建设工程“三控制、二管理、一协调及履行监理安全责任的实际工作情况，是监理档案资料的重要组成部份。

本文笔者根据《建设工程监理规范》（GB50319-2000）相关条款规定和《江苏省建设工程施工阶段监理现场用表》（第四版）使用说明要求，结合近年来本公司对各在监项目检查、考评的实际情况，对公司所有在监项目监理部现场填写《监理日记》作如下统一要求：

1.1各项目监理部的总监理工程师应指定专人负责收集项目部各监理人员填写的监理工作日记，汇总填写本工程项目的监理日志。……
