[摘 要]伴随着科技的不断发展进步，互联网在生活中也扮演着不可或缺的角色，各行各业也开始使用各种各样的管理系统进行高效管理。在高校中，学生会是是学生自己的群众性组织，是学校联系学生的桥梁和纽带，在校园运作中起着不可小觑的作用。是无论是学校管理系统，还是公司管理系统，都是出于对一个整体的管理，让一个团体能够更加有序的运作。因此，本研究紧密结合校园内学生会日常活动及工作，进行系统性分析，完成数字化校园学生会管理系统的设计。本研究主要结合我本人的学生会管理经历，设计出来的更加高效的管理系统，为缓解同学们对工作和学习之间时间冲突的平衡问题。

[Abstract]Along with the continuous development and progress of science and technology， the Internet also plays an indispensable role in life， and various industries have started to use various management systems for efficient management.In colleges and universities， students' union is a mass organization of students， which is the bridge and link between the school and students， which plays an important role in campus operation.Whether it is the school management system or the company management system， it is the management of a whole， so that a group can operate more orderly.Therefore， this study closely combines the daily activities and work of students in the campus， conducts systematic analysis， and completes the design of the management system of the digital campus student union.This study mainly combines with my own student union management experience， designed a more efficient management system， to alleviate students' balance of time conflict between work and study.

1 课题背景及意义

目前对于各高校里学生会工作大多仍采用比较传统的方式，少有数字化的管理系统应用于学生会的管理工作。对于这种需要投入较多的人力、物力且易错的传统方式，很大程度上影响了学生干部工作与学习之间的平衡关系。所以，本研究重点利用了管理系统高效的特性，目的在于使学生会的管理变得高效、有序。

大学生学生会在每一所学校起到至关重要的作用，可以说，每一个学校都有学生会这样的学生团体。然而，随着科技的日益更新，学生会也迫切需要一个管理系统来保证工作的有效进行。数字化校园学生会管理系统应运而生，旨在为学生会工作带来方便快捷的体验，帮助学生保持工学关系间的平衡，使当代大学生能够积极成长。……
