【摘 要】目的：调查医护人员手卫生依从性，分析影响手卫生依从性的原因。方法：采用隐蔽式现场观察的方法，調查外科200名不同病区医护人员接触病人前后、无菌操作前后、接触病人血液、体液后、脱手套后手卫生执行率。结果：该科室医护人员手卫生执行率为59.00%，接触病人前、后分别是27.50%、64.00%，无菌操作前执行率为48.00%，无菌操作后执行率为75.00%，接触病人血液、体液后是80.00%，脱手套后为65.40%。结论：该科室医护人员手卫生执行率有待改善，要定期加强调查分析，加强手卫生相关知识的学习，总结经验，制定出相应的干预措施，降低医院感染率，减轻患者痛苦和经济损失。

Abstract Objective：To investigate the compliance of hand hygiene of medical staff and analyze the reasons for the compliance of hand hygiene. Methods： using the method of covert observation， before and after surgery， 200 patients in different wards of medical staff before and after contact， contact the aseptic operation of blood and body fluids， patients after removing gloves hand hygiene rates. Results： the implementation rate of hand hygiene of medical staff in the Department was 59%， 27.50% and 64% before and after contacting patients， 48% before aseptic operation， 75% after aseptic operation， 80% after contacting blood and body fluids， 65.40% after gloves. Conclusion： the implementation rate of hand hygiene of medical staff in this department needs to be improved. We should regularly strengthen the investigation and analysis， strengthen the learning of hand hygiene knowledge， summarize the experience， and formulate corresponding interventions to reduce the hospital infection rate and reduce the pain and economic loss of patients.

手卫生是预防和控制医院感染的一项重要内容，是降低医院感染最简单、最有效、最重要、最易行的手段之一[1] ，简单而实用，但执行率较低。世界各国对手卫生均给予高度的重视，并采取了各种积极有效地措施来促进医务人员的手卫生。我国于2009年4月正式颁布了《医务人员手卫生规范》。提高医护人员的手卫生执行率可以有效地减少医院感染的发生[2]。为了提高护理医疗质量，保障医疗安全和护理人员的职业安全，对本院外科不同病区医护人员手卫生执行情况进行了现场调查，并对相关因素进行分析，提出干预措施。

1 资料与方法

1.1 资料 选择本院外科病房200名医护人员为观察对象，其中包括医生、护士、护士长。
