摘 要：矿井提升机在矿井中担负着升降人员、提升矿物、运送材料及升降设备、工具等任务，在整个矿井生产中有着极其重要的作用。提升钢丝绳是提升机的易损部位，必须定期进行更换。但目前，傳统的更换主绳的工艺已不能满足当前的施工需求。基于此，本文提出“两两换绳法”的施工方法。实践证明：该工艺适用于所有立井主提升绳更换工作，工序相对简单，机械化程度高，高空作业和需要的施工人员少，提高了效率，缩短了工期，安全可靠。

Discussion on "22 Rope Changing Method" in Vertical Shaft Hoisting System

Abstract： Mine hoist is responsible for the tasks of lifting personnel， lifting minerals， transporting materials and lifting equipment and tools in the mine， which plays an extremely important role in the production of the mine. Hoisting rope is the vulnerable part of hoist and must be replaced regularly. But at present， the traditional technology of replacing the main rope can not meet the current construction needs. Based on this， this paper put forward the construction method of "22 rope changing method". The practice had proved that this process was suitable for the replacement of the main hoisting rope in all vertical wells. The process was relatively simple， the degree of mechanization was high， the high altitude operation and the required construction personnel were less， the efficiency was improved， the construction time was shortened， and the safety and reliability were shortened.

目前，在更换矿井主提升绳时，主要还是采用在井口利用旧绳带新绳下放的方式。近年来，各矿均反映以往的换绳方法存在换绳时间长，且钢丝绳卡对主绳有损伤等缺陷。可见，传统的更换主绳的工艺已不能满足当前的施工需求。为了减少更换主绳的时间，提高主绳的更换质量，提升工作效率，减少高空作业，减少施工工序转换，现使用一种符合淮南矿区立井井架特点的新的换绳工艺。

1 工艺简介

施工准备→主钩侧主绳侧打复合板卡→下放主钩→副钩侧布置改向轮→收1#、4#旧主绳→下放主钩回收井口至上下天轮旧绳，同时翻新绳过滚筒、天轮至井口、反提主钩提升到井口→主钩侧更换新型悬挂做新型绳头与箕斗本体连接→打复合板卡下放新绳→副钩提至井口→更换楔形环悬挂做新绳头→完成1#、4#绳更换→按照上述方法更换2#、3#主绳→窜绳[1]。……
