摘 要：水库作为水利工程的一项基础性项目，它的运行情况及使用状态直接关系到人民群众生命安全和国家的发展大计。随着时间的不断推移，很多地方早年修建的一些水库已经开始出现各种病险、病害，导致水库不能发挥正常的使用功能。作者结合多年来的工作经验，阐述了水库工程常见的几种病害，并制定科学合理的防治措施来巩固和加强水库的整体稳定性，延长水库的使用寿命，保障人民生命及财产安全不受侵害。

Abstract： As a basic project of water conservancy project， reservoir's operation and working state are directly related to the safety of the people's lives and the development of the country. With the continuous passage of time， a number of reservoirs built in many places in the early years have begun to appear a variety of ailments and diseases， resulting in the inability of the reservoir to play a normal function. In view of the working experience of many years， the author expounds several common diseases in reservoir engineering， and formulates scientific and reasonable prevention measures to consolidate and strengthen the overall stability of the reservoir and prolong the service life of the reservoir， so that the safety of people's lives and property shall not be infringed upon.

根据近年来统计发现，我国很多地区水库病险率不断增高，甚至有很多水库发生了溃坝事故，虽然有关部门已经开始重视，但就目前来看，水库的安全状况仍令人担忧。为了做好病险水库的整治工作，提高水库工程的安全性，国家采取多项措施来保障水库的调控能力，提高水库的蓄水量，在保障水库安全运行情况下不断改善水库的使用功能，取得了一定的成果，大大的提高了水库工程的经济效益和社会效益。下面我们针对水库常见的具体病害来详细阐述水库整治的有效措施。

1 水库的几种常见病害形式

（1）水库坝体稳定性差。水库坝体稳定性差是一种最常见的水库病险。这种病险产生的原因很简单，多由水库坝体本身结构特点造成，因坝体本身结构单薄，抗滑系数不达标，坝体聚集了大量的淤泥，再加之坝基清理不彻底，坝脚排水功能失去作用，施工质量不高等导致坝体很容易发生破坏；……
