【摘要】 目的：分析对子宫肌瘤患者实施手术治疗时，围手术期使用临床路径的效果。方法：收集笔者所在医院2016年1月-2017年1月收治的需要实施手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者80例。使用隨机方法将其分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组在围手术期仅使用常规方法护理，观察组需在常规方法基础上实施临床路径的护理。比较两组患者治疗效果、住院时间、排气时间及并发症发生率。结果：治疗后观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，同时观察组住院时间、排气时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在对子宫肌瘤患者实施手术治疗时，在围手术期使用临床路径方法护理可明显提升治疗效果以及安全性，有较高使用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the application value analysis of clinical pathway in perioperative nursing of patients with uterine fibroids.Method：Eighty cases of uterine fibroids patients who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were collected.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random method，with 40 cases ineach group.The control group was only given routine nursing care，the observation group was given clinical pathway nursing on the basis of routine method.The treatment effect，length of hospital stay，exhaust time and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the incidence of hospitalization time，exhaust time and complications were lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：During the operation of patients with uterine fibroids，the use of clinical pathway method in perioperative period can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and safety，and has high value in use.

子宫肌瘤是女性生殖系统中最为常见的良性肿瘤，又被称为子宫纤维瘤和纤维肌瘤，主要是因为子宫平滑肌细胞增生造成的[1]。由于其特点，患者在临床发病时会出现子宫出血、腹部包块、白带增多和疼痛等症状。同时也可能导致不孕和流产，对其生活及身体健康均会造成较大影响[2]。在这样的前提下，对子宫肌瘤患者实施及时有效的治疗非常重要。目前在对子宫肌瘤治疗时，手术是最常见的方法，可取得较好效果。但在围手术期的护理方法会对治疗效果造成较大影响。本文分析了子宫肌瘤患者围手术期使用临床路径的效果，具体如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
