高金嵌体全酸蚀粘接剂或自粘接树脂修复效果的比较研究

摘要：目的比较全酸蚀和自粘接树脂粘接剂的临床粘接效果。方法选取80例下颌磨牙Ⅰ类洞型患者，分别用vario-link粘接剂(A组)和RelyXTMUnicem粘接剂(B组)粘接高金嵌体，在治疗后即刻、6个月、12个月时，检测2种粘接剂的临床粘接效果。结果高金嵌体粘接术后,即刻和6个月时，A组和B组A级成功率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，12个月时，A组A级成功率为92%(35/38)，B组粘接A级成功率为86%(30/35)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论vario-link粘接剂粘接性能优于RelyXTMUnicem。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo compare the clinical restoration effect between total acid etching and self bonding adhesive resin in gold inlays.Methods80 cases of mandibular molars of type I cavity were respectively bonding gold inlays by vario-link(A group)and RelyXTMUnicem adhesive materials(B group),the clinical restoration effect of two adhesives at immediate time,6 months and 12 months after treatment were detected.ResultsAfter gold inlay adhesive surgery,at immediate time and 6 months,the success rate of Grade A of group A and B was 100%,and the differences between group A and B were not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 12 months after bonding,the success rate of Grade A of group A and B was about 92%(35/38)and 86%(30/35).The difference between group A and B was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe adhesive property of vario-link is better than that of RelyXTMUnicem.

近年来，因龋病、外伤等原因造成牙体缺损的患者有逐渐增多的趋势，众多患者和医生倾向于选择嵌体修复术，因其具有牙体预备量小、机械性能和美学性能优、异物感小等特点，受到越来越多口腔患者和医生的青睐[1]。目前临床有多种嵌体材料可供选择，如树脂嵌体类、金属类(钴铬合金、钯银合金、纯钛、金钯合金及金合金等)和全瓷类(E-Max铸瓷类、二氧化锆类)。
