【摘 要】目的：探讨瑞舒伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗对冠心病患者心功能的影响效果。方法：选择2015年12月-2017年5月在我院心内科就诊的110例冠心病患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字原则将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各55例。对照组患者单纯使用瑞舒伐他汀进行治疗，观察组患者使用瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪进行治疗，比较两组患者的心功能指标与血脂指标情况。结果：经治疗后，观察组患者的心功能指标优于对照组，观察组患者的血脂指标及心血管事件发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对冠心病患者实施瑞舒伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合疗法，可有效改善患者的心功能，提高患者的生存质量。

Abstract Objective： To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin and trimetazidine combined treatment on cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods：One hundred and ten patients with CHD treated in Department of Cardiology of our hospital from December 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of random numbers， the patients were divided into control group and observation group， with 55 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with rosuvastatin alone. Patients in the observation group were treated with rosuvastatin combined with trimetazidine. The cardiac function and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment， the patients in the observation group had better cardiac function than the control group. The patients in the observation group had lower serum lipid and cardiovascular events than those in the control group （P <0.05）. Conclusion：The implementation of rosuvastatin and trimetazidine combination therapy in patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the patient's cardiac function and improve the quality of life of patients.

冠心病（coronary artery heart disease， CHD）是一种由动脉粥样硬化引发的心血管疾病，以左心室功能降低、淤血、外周循环受限等为主要表现。通常情况下，患者常出现心律失常，情况严重者还会诱发其他疾病，甚至危及患者的生命。近年来，随着我国人口老年化的加剧，冠心病的病发率、病死率呈不断上升的趋势，根据2011年WHO报告，冠心病已成为全球死亡率最高的疾病之一，而我国的冠心病死亡人数已位居世界第二位[1，2]。因此，如何预防冠心病发生的危险因素和改进冠心病的治疗已成为亟待解决的问题。目前，临床主要是借助他汀类药物治疗，通过调节血脂、改善心功能指标等缓解患者的临床症状，但从实际临床效果来看，单纯使用他汀类药物对治疗心血管疾病，缓解患者病情，改善患者生存质量的效果欠佳[3，4]。……
