尿液干化学分析与显微镜常规尿液检验结果的对比分析

【摘 要】目的:对尿液干化学分析与显微镜常规尿液检验结果进行对比分析,探究不同分析方式的检验结果。方法:随机抽取2016年5月~2017年5月期间在我院进行体检的200名受检者作为观察对象,将观察对象分为两组(观察组和对照组)来进行分析,每组中100名受检者。观察组采取尿液干化学分析,对照组采取显微镜常规尿液检验。观察对比两组受检者的尿蛋白质、红细胞、白细胞检测结果的差异,分析不同检测方法的阳性、阴性符合情况。结果:观察组与对照组患者在尿蛋白质、红细胞、白细胞水平检验的阳性、阴性符合情况无明显差异,组间比较的结果无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尿液干化学分析与显微镜常规尿液检验在临床的应用中均有一定的价值,二者之间互补不足,可以结合两种方法来进行检验,提升检验结果的准确性。

Abstract Objective: To urine dry chemical analysis and microscope routine urine test results were analyzed to explore different ways of test results. Methods: randomly selected from May 2016 ~2017 year in May were examined in our hospital in 200 subjects as the object of observation, the subjects were divided into the observation group and the control group (two group)to carry on the analysis, 100 subjects in each group. The observation group adopted urine dry chemistry analysis, the control group took the routine urine test. Urine protein microscope, observe and compare the two groups of subjects of red blood cells, white blood cells to detect differences between the results of the analysis of different detection methods of positive and negative Compliance. Results: the observation group and the control group in urinary protein, red blood cells, white blood cell level test positive, negative with no significant difference, no statistical significance of the results between two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the urine dry chemical analysis and microscope routine urine test has certain clinical value in the application, between the two complement each other, can be combined with two kinds of methods to enhance the accuracy of test results.

尿常规是医学检验的重要组成部分,能够通过检验分析尿液中尿蛋白质、红细胞、白细胞等水平来判断有无泌尿系统感染,泌尿系统出血,泌尿系统占位,肾炎,糖尿病及肾病,某些中毒性疾病等,有时候尿亚硝酸盐也会同时显示阳性,因为某些革兰氏阴性杆菌会将尿中蛋白质代谢产物硝酸盐还原为亚硝酸盐。但是都是辅助诊断,需结合病史、体征及其他辅助检查化验,然后确诊[1-3]。关于尿液检查的工作已经受到越来越多的关……
