摘 要 目的： 建立HPLC 法测定甲磺酸雷沙吉兰片有关物质的方法。方法：采用Eclipse XDB-C18柱、乙腈-高氯酸溶液为流动相、检测波长为210 nm等条件下进行HPLC测定。结果：在该色谱条件下，主药和有关物质能较好地分离，雷沙吉兰浓度和峰面积在0.008 2～3.2 mg/ml内线性关系良好（r = 0.999 5，n=8），而杂质A和B的浓度和峰面积分别在0.001 6～3.2 mg/ml和0.002 1～3.2 mg/ml内呈良好的线性关系 （r =0.999 6，n=8）。结论：本方法简便、准确、可行、精密度高，可用于甲磺酸雷沙吉兰片有关物质的质量控制。

Determination of the related substances in rasagiline mesylate tablets by HPLC

ABSTRACT Objective： To establish a method for the determination of the related substances in rasagiline mesylate tablets by HPLC. Methods： HPLC was performed on Eclipse XDB-C18 column with acetonitrile-perchloric acid solution as a mobile phase at the detected UV wavelength of 210 nm. Results： The resolution between rasagiline mesylate and the other peaks met the requirements. The standard curves of rasagiline mesylate and the related substance A and B showed a good linearity over the range of 0.008 2～3.2 mg/ml， 0.001 6～3.2 mg/ml and 0.002 1～3.2 mg/ml， respectively. Conclusion： This method is simple， accurate and feasible with higher precise， and can be used as quality control of the related substances in rasagiline mesylate tablets.

雷沙吉兰是一种有效的、不可逆的、选择性单胺氧化酶B（MAO-B）抑制剂，能使纹状体细胞外多巴胺含量升高[1-3]。雷沙吉兰在多巴胺能神經运动障碍中的疗效，可能是间接通过升高多巴胺含量及因此而提高多巴胺能活性所实现[4]。与其他抗帕金森药物不同的是，甲磺酸雷沙吉兰还具有保护神经元和长期增效作用[5-6]。本品适用于治疗特发性帕金森氏病（不合用左旋多巴胺）或作为辅助治疗（与左旋多巴胺合用）治疗伴有剂末波动的帕金森氏病[1]。

而本研究建立一个检测时间短、且使用的溶剂相对环保的有关物质检测方法。经验证，该方法精密度高，专属性强，适合其有关物质的测定。

1 材料与方法

1.1 仪器与试药

1100及1200型高效液相色谱仪、紫外检测器、1200型DAD检测器和色谱工作站（美国Agilent公司）；AL104电子天平（梅特勒-托利多公司）；乙腈（色谱纯，Merck公司）；纯化水、氨水（分析纯）、高氯酸（优级纯）均购自国药集团化学试剂有限公司。……
