摘 要：玻璃背板平板电视左右顶角的复合保护方案，是为了解决最新出现的玻璃背板平板电视左右顶角的保护问题，玻璃背板平板电视比常规的平板电视重量增加超过30%，厚度从8mm减小到3mm，单位面积的压力增加近3倍，尤其左右顶角，是整个机器受力最薄弱的位置，本方案采用硅胶角垫、高密度EPE、常规EPS三重复合的方案，常规EPS做整体安装的型腔，用量最大成本最低，保证整体复合保护方案的成本不会增加太多；高密度EPE用量次之，其成本也介于常规EPS与硅胶角垫之间；性能最好价格最高的硅胶角垫用量最少，且与整机直接接触，很好的保护整机左右顶角。

Abstract： The compound protection scheme of the left and right top angle of the glass back panel flat panel TV is to solve the protection problem of the right and left top angle of the new glass back panel flat panel TV. The glass back panel flat-panel TV is more than 30% heavier than the conventional flat-panel TV， the thickness is reduced from 8 mm to 3 mm， the pressure per unit area is increased nearly three times， especially the left and right top angle， which is the weakest position of the whole machine. In this scheme， silicon rubber angle pad， high-density EPE and conventional EPS are used as triple compound， conventional EPS is the cavity of integral installation， the maximum cost is the lowest， the cost of the whole compound protection scheme will not be increased too much， the dosage of high-density EPE is the second. Its cost is also between the conventional EPS and silica gel corner pad； the best performance of the highest price of silicone corner pad is the least， and direct contact with the whole machine， a good protection of the machine left and right top angle.

1 背景

玻璃背板平板电视，是电视行业内最新出现的一种平板电视结构形态，由于其超薄（以长虹公司某款55 玻璃背板平板电视为例，玻璃厚度3mm，下装饰条厚度3mm，即整机四周都是3mm，在此之前，长虹公司平板产品最薄的不小于8mm，此次大幅减到3mm）、超重（玻璃背板比其它材料的背板重很多，目前常规55 LED电视裸机在13-14公斤，长虹的此款55 玻璃背板平板电视裸机重量为19公斤），单位面积的压力增加近3倍，常规包装结构方案的EPS衬垫，其抗冲击、抗戳穿的能力已满足不了玻璃背板平板电视超薄超重带来的单位面积压力大大增加后的强度要求。整机的左右顶角，是整个机器受力最薄弱的位置，本文的复合保护方案，就是為了解决左右顶角的保护问题。……
