摘 要：随着我国经济的快速发展与汽车保有量的持续增加，做好高速公路建设用以将各地紧密的联系在一起，加强各地之间的人员和物资的流动和联系对于促进经济发展有着极为重要的意义。在做好高速公路建设的过程中需要对高速公路建设中的水土保持工作引起足够的重视。文章在分析高速公路建设中做好水土流失原因的基础上对如何做好高速公路建设中的水土保持与水土恢复进行分析阐述。

Abstract： With the rapid development of our country's economy and the continuous increase in the number of cars， we should do a good job of highway construction in order to closely link up with each other. It is very important to strengthen the flow of people and materials between different places to promote economic development. In the process of highway construction， it is necessary to cause enough water and soil conservation work in expressway construction. Based on the analysis of the causes of soil and water loss in expressway construction， this paper analyzes and expounds how to do well the soil and water conservation and soil and water restoration in expressway construction.

前言

新时期我国的高速公路建设进入了一个崭新的阶段，通过统筹布局、同时开工用以构建起沟通各地的高速公路交通运輸网。高速公路建设对于经济的发展有着极为深远的意义，在“十三五”规划中对于高速公路的建设有着明确的规划。在高速公路的建设过程中需要注意水土流失问题，长期以来在高速公路的建设过程中对于水土流失问题并未引起足够的重视，致使高速公路建设过程中高速公路建设区域周边植被遭到了严重的破坏，高速公路建设施工中的取土、弃土及弃渣、挖土方、填土方等的作业极易导致水土流失。这一问题在生态脆弱区域表现尤为突出。针对这一问题在高速公路的建设过程中需要在确保高速公路施工的同时采取合理的措施做好水土保持工作，积极做好高速公路周边生态环境的保护。……
