【摘 要】现今阶段玻璃产业迅速壮大，随之废弃玻璃也相应的增多。因此，将玻璃行业产生的大批废弃碎玻璃回收加工后再利用，是目前国内乃至全球玻璃行业工作者和绿色环保主义者有待解决的难题。论文介绍了我国废弃玻璃所存在的状况，对废弃玻璃潜在价值进行简单分析，并通过研究废弃玻璃在透水混凝土中代替粗集料对混凝土强度、透水系数等影响来探索废弃玻璃的可持续资源化的途径。

【Abstract】The glass industry is growing rapidly at the present stage， and the discarded glass is increasing accordingly. Therefore， it is a difficult problem for domestic and global glass industry workers and environmentalists to solve the problem of recycling and processing large quantities of waste glass produced by the glass industry. This paper introduces the status of the existing waste glass in China， and makes a simple analysis of the potential value of the waste glass， and through studying the influence of waste glass in pervious concrete instead of coarse aggregate on the strength and permeability coefficient of concrete， it explores the way of sustainable utilization of waste glass.

1 我国废弃玻璃的利用生产回收现状

近几年，在国家"十三五”战略规划的激励下，玻璃行业又开始有了新的进展。根据前瞻产业研究院整理出的数据显示，去年一整个季度，平板玻璃制造业收益约32亿元，创造了一个良好的开端。截至2017年5月份，我国平板玻璃产量为7305.5万重量箱左右，同比上月上涨8.9%，1～5月累计产量34156万重量箱，累计同比上涨6.4%。但我国废玻璃回收量仅约为860万吨，废弃玻璃回收率仅仅占11.8%，远远低于50%的世界平均水平。由此看出废弃玻璃的潜在价值被人们所忽视：例如每20重量箱废弃玻璃在经过回收利用可再次生产出约2万个500克装的酒瓶，可以节约石英砂720千克，节约长石粉60千克，节约煤炭10吨，电量400度，通过此方法比通过利用新原料生产节约成本近20%。

2 废弃玻璃的综合资源化利用途径
