【摘 要】我国目前社会经济正在不断的发展，煤矿企业也处于逐渐完善中，在煤矿企业不断发展中，办公室是一个非常重要的相关职能部门。其发挥了各项服务沟通以及相关信息传达、总体管理以及保证煤矿安全生产等各个不同方面的作用和相关职能。因此对于煤矿企业办公室相关人员进行思想政治工作对于整个煤矿的稳定发展都有着极为重要的作用。

【Abstract】At present， our country's social economy is developing continuously， and the coal mine enterprises are also being gradually perfected. In the continuous development of coal mining enterprises， the office is a very important functional department. It has played the functions of different aspects such as service communication， information transmission， overall management， and the safety of coal mine production. Therefore， the ideological and political work for the office staffs of the coal mine enterprises has a very important role in the stable development of the whole coal mine.

1 引言

随着煤矿企业的正常运行和日常工作的开展，办公室这个部门对于整体煤矿企业的进步来讲所扮演的角色是非常重要的。它在具体工作的过程当中肩负着不同的沟通管理等相关职能。办公室具体工作人员的思想政治工作素质水平高低对于企业本身的形象来讲有着至关重要的影响作用。因此在煤矿企业管理中对办公室工作人员综合素质进行提升是极为重要的。本文对于相关煤矿企业办公室人员的思想重视工作做出了一些分析和讨论。

2 办公室人员相关思想政治工作开展的重要性

在煤矿企业不断发展和运行的过程当中办公室相关工作人员在整体企业运行时发挥着至关重要的作用。它主要体现在为企业进行相关服务，并对其内部的各项工作进行具体协调[1]。为煤矿企业的领导进行参谋，并且在树立企业相关形象和发展企业未来前景设计的各个不同的方面都有着至关重要的作用。……
