【摘 要】房屋建筑工程是我国重大的民生基础工程，对其工程质量的要求十分严格。由于我国房屋建筑工程具有起步较晚发展较快的明显特点，所以导致建筑工程的整体质量时常出现问题。因此，加强对工程施工质量的管理就凸显重要，论文通过对建筑工程施工质量管理中存在的弊端与问题进行系统分析，结合当下工程施工现场情况，提出了相应的优化措施与对策，为我国房屋建筑业的工程施工提供了相对的参考意见。

【Abstract】 Housing construction project is a major livelihood foundation project in China， and the requirements for its quality are very strict. Because of the obvious characteristics of the late start and rapid development of our building construction engineering， the overall quality of the construction engineering is often caused by problems. Therefore， strengthening the construction quality management is very important. Through systematic analysis of the drawbacks and problems existing in the construction quality management of construction， the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization measures and countermeasures based on the current construction site conditions， and provides reference for relative engineering construction of building industry in China.

1 引言

近年来，我国的建筑业飞快发展，其中工程质量问题得到了更多的关注与重视，工程质量的优劣关乎到建筑物的持久性与安全性。工程施工质量管理工作的实质就是通过科学合理的管理模式，确保工程质量的同时为施工企业节省成本，使施工企业获得社会效益与经济效益双丰收。所以，总结现阶段施工过程中质量管理的不足与弊端，加强质量管理意识与相关实施方法，为以后我国的建筑工程施工水平的提高打造有力的基础保障。

2 建造工程施工中質量管理存在的弊端与不足

2.1 缺乏完善的施工质量管理体系
