【摘要】 脑梗死是中老年常见病、多发病，其致残率、复发率和死亡率均高，严重影响患者的生命健康。脑梗死由于血管狭窄、闭塞或供血不足而使脑组织血液供应发生障碍，进而使局部脑组织发生不可逆损伤，甚至坏死。药物治疗的目的在于及时恢复缺血脑组织供血，促进神经功能恢复，改善临床症状与体征。溶栓、抗凝、降纤、脑神经保护剂等药物是治疗脑梗死的主要手段，近年来，介入治疗脑梗死已成为一项成熟的技术，中医治疗脑梗死也积累了越来越多的经验，本文就脑梗死的中西医治疗研究现状做一综述。

【Abstract】 Cerebral infarction is a common disease in middle and old age，with a high rate of disability，recurrence rate and high mortality，which seriously affects the life and health of patients.Cerebral infarction caused by constriction of blood vessels，occlusion or insufficient blood supply，causes the brain tissue to be obstructed by blood supply，thus causing irreversible damage to local brain tissue and even necrosis.The aim of drug therapy is to restore the blood supply of ischemic brain tissue in time，promote the recovery of nerve function，and improve the clinical symptoms and signs.Thrombolytic， anticoagulant，fibrous and cerebral neuroprotective agents are the main means of treating cerebral infarction，in recent years，interventional therapy for cerebral infarction has become a mature technology，traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated more and more experience in treating cerebral infarction，in this article we reviews the current situation of Chinese and western medicine in cerebral infarction.

随着社会的进步，人们生活水平的改善，不良的饮食和生活方式，社会竞争压力的增大，越来越多的人患上了心脑血管疾病，脑梗死已成为中老年人的常见病及多发病。随着年轻人群中高血压、糖尿病等慢性病的逐渐增多，包括脑梗死在内的多种心脑血管疾病也出现年轻化的趋势。脑梗死治疗成功的关键是在治疗时间窗内及时进行再灌注治疗，后期的康复治疗对于改善患者的长期预后同样重要。溶栓治疗已成为一项治疗脑梗死的成熟技术，血管内介入积累了越来越多的经验，目前已成大血管堵塞的标准治疗方法，抗凝、抗血小板聚集、调脂已成为脑梗死的常规治疗，氧自由基清除剂、神经细胞保护剂、中医中药在治疗脑梗死方面都显示出各自的优势。采用何种治疗方法，需根据患者的年龄、并发症、合并症等进行个体化治疗。……
