【摘要】 随着人们生活水平的提高，冠心病的发病率越来越高，因此早期诊断冠心病变得越来越重要。冠状动脉CT血管造影（CTA）是诊断冠心病的一项无创性检查，由于它具有安全、痛苦小、简单、患者容易接受等原因，越来越受到临床医生和患者的青睐。冠状动脉CTA在诊断冠心病中具有诸多的优势，在诊断冠脉狭窄程度、评估斑块性质、慢性完全闭塞性病变（CTO）术前评估、术后复查以及评估缺血血管是否需要血运重建等方面得到了广泛的应用。

【Abstract】 With the improvement of peoples living standards，the incidence of coronary heart disease is getting higher and higher，so early diagnosis of coronary heart disease becomes more and more important.Coronary CTA is a noninvasive diagnosis of coronary heart disease，because of its safety and painless，simple，easily accepted by the patients，more and more clinicians and patients choose it.Coronary CTA has many advantages in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease，it has been widely used in the diagnosis of coronary stenosis，the evaluation of plaque characteristics，CTO preoperative evaluation，postoperative review，and assessment of whether ischemic vessels require revascularization.

随着人们生活水平的提高和工作节奏的加快，越来越多的人养成了不健康的生活习惯，而高脂高糖饮食、肥胖、吸烟、精神过度紧张恰恰是冠心病的高危因素。心血管疾病已成为我国居民健康的主要威胁，心血管病死亡率居城乡居民总死因的首位（农村为44.60%，城市为42.51%），且心血管疾病患病率及死亡率仍处于上升趋势[1]。因此对于冠心病的早诊断早治疗尤为重要，目前，医院对于冠心病的诊断主要采取冠状动脉CT血管造影（CTA）和冠状动脉造影术来进行检查，但由于冠状动脉造影术具有一定的风险和创伤，CTA已经成为检测疑似冠状动脉疾病患者的非侵入性检查的主要方式。本文就冠状动脉CTA在诊断冠心病中的作用做一综述。

1 简介

冠状动脉CTA是指采用CT技术通过静脉注入对比剂使冠状动脉显影从而评估冠状动脉狭窄程度的一项检查[2]。随着螺旋CT层数不断增加，对心脏血管狭窄程度的诊断准确率不断提高，对造影剂的使用剂量逐渐减少，对心率的控制不再严格，尤其是双源CT的出现，不再需要在进行心脏检查时控制心率[3]。……
