【摘要】目的 总结马来酸依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压左心室肥厚患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）浓度、心脏结构及功能的影响。方法 将2015年3月至2016年10月本院接受治疗的确诊为H型高血压左心室肥厚患者86例作为实验研究对象，观察组患者使用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片（施慧达2.5 mg口服，1次/d）和马来酸依那普利叶酸片（10 mg口服1次/d），对照组中仅使用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片进行治疗（5 mg口服，1次/d），两组患者均达到降压效果，观察两组药物对血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度、心脏结构及功能的影响。

结果 治疗后两组半胱氨酸浓度存在显著差异（P<0.05），治疗后两组心脏结构及功能各项指标均有所改善，观察组更为显著，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 马来酸依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压左心室肥厚患者血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度能够起到良好的调节作用，对心脏结构及功能起到明显的改善作用。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effects of Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets on plasma homocysteine （Hcy） concentration， cardiac structure and function in patients with H hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods from March 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital for the treatment of H type hypertension diagnosed as ventricular hypertrophy left in 86 cases as study object， the observation group used Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets （Shi Huida 2.5 mg orally， 1 times /d） and Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets （10 mg orally 1 times /d），the control group only treated with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets （5 mg orally 1， /d）， two patients were treated to antihypertensive effect，the effects of two drugs on the plasma homocysteine and cardiac structure and function，the concentration of cysteine.Results there was a significant difference in the concentration of cysteine between the two groups after treatment （P<0.05），and the indexes of cardiac structure and function in the two groups were all improved after treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets can play a good role in regulating plasma homocysteine concentration in patients

with type H hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy， and improve cardiac structure and function significantly.

原發性高血压是一种常见的心脑血管病，研究结果显示高血压患者往往同时伴有高血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度以及左心室肥厚[1]。三种疾病之间相互造成影响，成为引发脑血管病的重要因素[2]。本次研究对马来酸依那普利叶酸片的治疗效果进行分析，探讨其对于H型高血压左心室肥厚患者血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度、心脏结构及功能的影响。
