摘 要：经济发展推动了技术革命，随着社会化大生产速度提升，以往靠人力操控的机械设备已经无法满足生产需求，为了全面提高生产力，各种自动化仪表也在生产领域有了推广与使用，自动化仪表也成为当前生产的重要设备，只有全面保证自动仪表精准稳定，才能维护好生产，确保经济效益。文章主要围绕自动化仪表使用中存在的一些问题进行分析，全面提出自动化仪表检测与维护措施。

Abstract： The economic development has promoted the technological revolution， along with the socialization big production speed enhancement， the mechanical equipment which used to rely on the manpower to control has been unable to meet the production demand， in order to raise the productivity comprehensively. All kinds of automatic instruments have also been popularized and used in the field of production. Automation instruments have also become an important equipment in current production. Only by fully ensuring the precision and stability of automatic instruments can we maintain production and ensure economic benefits. This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of some problems existing in the use of automatic instruments， and puts forward comprehensive measures for the detection and maintenance of automation instruments.

1 概述

生产离不开自动化仪表，通过对仪表的观测就能够了解设备运行情况，保证设备平衡运行。自动化仪表在使用过程中，往往受到各种因素影响会出现一些问题，这些问题如果不及时发现，则会越来越严重，直至影响设备良好运行。所以说，对自动化仪表的检测和维护是确保生产责任制良好落实的前提，在各类生产过程中，一定的全面落实，实现科学生产、稳定生产的根本目标。自动化仪表在生产中起到的作用非常关键，是生产的重要内容。社会经济发展过程中，对物质需求量越来越多，只有全面保证稳定生產，才能推动产品升级，生产力水平的提高与设备好坏有直接关系。我国支柱性发展产业中的化工、石化、钢铁、造纸、食品、医药、电力、煤矿等行业对仪表的要求非常高，需要严格、精准、科学，才能保证生产能力，自动化水平越高，则越节省人力资源，使人类从繁重的劳动中解放出来。……
