摘要：通过分析当前我国旅游景区服务中普遍存在的问题，该文提出了基于iBeacon技术设计的景区解说服务系统。该系统通过iBeacon技术提供的位置信息，通过手机微信端为游客提供准确且更新及时的景点解说指引服务。系统充分发挥了iBeacon硬件成本低、能耗低的特点，保证较大服务范围的同时也保持了较低的维护成本，加之近年来移动网络的发展及手机等移动设备的广泛普及，使更多的游客可以更方便的使用该系统。游客到达景区后，只需要打开手机蓝牙，在每个景点处使用微信摇一摇功能，即可轻松地获取多种形式的景点介绍以及景区服务，景区管理者也可通过该系统设置想推送给游客的相关信息，进行精准营销及景区导流。系统采用简洁美观的操作界面，符合服务的人机交互规则，方便游客使用，具有较好的适应性。

Abstract： By analyzing the prevailing problems in the service of tourist attractions in China， this paper presents a scenic commentary service system Based on iBeacon technology. This system provides tourists the accurate and updated interpretation of guidance services through the location information Based on iBeacon and the mobile WeChat. This system takes advantage of the low cost and energy consumption so that it can ensure the large range of service and keep low cost at the same time. Therefore， more tourists can use this system conveniently with the develop of network of mobile. Tourists only need to turn on Bluetooth and use the function of shake in the WeChat， and they can get kinds of introductions and service of scenic spot. And managers of the scenic spot also can send message by setting for diversion and marketing. With a simple and beautiful interface， this system has a good adaptability because of the rules of human-computer interaction so tourists can easily use it.

1 研究背景

1.1 问题提出

当前我国经济处于快速发展时期，越来越多家庭的生活水平达到了小康标准，有能力和条件去追求更丰富的物质文化生活。近年来，国内旅游市场发展迅速，居民消费能力逐渐提升，随着城市化进程的持续加快以及我国居民对文化生活需求的进一步提高，国内旅游产业将开始新一轮的加速增长[1]。据世界旅游组织预测，2017年国内旅游人数将达到48.8亿人次，同比增长10%；国内旅游收入达到4.39万亿元，同比增长12.5%[2]。……
