【摘 要】烟碱含量是表征烟叶风格特征极为重要的因素之一。复烤企业通常采用大量的人工进行手工选叶，将同等级的烟叶按照一定的规则分类，然后按照配方比例结合分级结果进行混合投料，从而保证原料的均匀性和协调性。但这种加工模式不仅消耗大量的人力和财力，而且人的感官评价存在差异性，使得分级结果不可靠。因此，复烤企业引入在线近红外参与配打烟叶烟碱含量的均质化控制，与常规加工方式相比，经过二次配方控制后，成品片烟烟碱变异系数从7.10%降为2.59%，应用表明均匀性控制效果极其显著。

【Abstract】Nicotine content is one of the most important factors to characterize tobacco leaf style.Companies usually is obtained using a large number of artificial manually selected， will work with grades of tobacco classification according to certain rules， and then according to the formula ratio combining with the classification results are mixed feeding， so as to ensure the uniformity of raw materials and coordination.However， this processing mode not only consumes a lot of manpower and financial resources， but also has different sensory evaluation， which makes the classification results unreliable.Enterprise is obtained， therefore， to introduce the online near-infrared participation with homogenization of nicotine content in tobacco control， compared with the conventional processing methods， after secondary control formula， finished piece of smoke nicotine from 7.10% to 2.59% of variation coefficient， uniformity of the application show that control effect is extremely significant.

0 前言

配方模块打叶技术是指按一定的比例，將不同等级、相同或不同产区的原烟均匀掺配在一起打叶复烤，形成一个质量稳定的片烟等级或配方模块，以供卷烟工业企业配方使用。换言之，配方打叶复烤不仅完成了叶梗的分离，而且也实现了打后片烟内在质量特性、感官评吸质量的均匀与稳定，提高了烟叶间的混合均匀度，消除了烟叶原料间的品质差异，为卷烟企业实现卷烟配方奠定了原料基础。复烤是原料加工的重要环节，是原料质量的重要保障。原烟是整个加工过程中内在指标波动最大的阶段，在原料环节进行质量控制最为行之有效，对最终成品的控制效果也最为明显。
