摘 要： 为了解决IT网络组织治理机制以及治理绩效等一系列问题，提出应用组织和服务组织之间构成以云计算应用作为链接纽带的IT网络组织观点，探寻云计算应用对组织关系所造成的演进。基于网络组织理论、技术采纳理论以及云计算研究等研究文献的基础上，借助理论研究提出云计算应用条件下IT网络组织的形成机制，辨识形成机制中的前因变量，总结云计算与IT职能组织和IT外包的组织特点，为今后在IT网络组织治理等方面的深入研究提供理论依据。

Abstract： To resolve the problems such as governance mechanism and governance performance of IT network organization， a view of constructing IT network organization between application organization and service organization with cloud computing application as the link is proposed. The evolution of organizational relationship caused by cloud computing application is explored. Based on the research literatures of network organization theory， technology adoption theory and cloud computing， the formation mechanism of IT network organization under the condition of cloud computing application is put forward with the help of theoretical research， so as to identify the antecedent variables of formation mechanism. The organizational characteristics of cloud computing， IT functional organization and IT outsourcing are summarized to provide a theoretical basis for the in?depth study of IT network organization governance and other aspects.

互联网的发展推动了云计算应用，云计算通过对IT参与者，商业模式以及组织价值链的改革，革新了IT行业和组织模式。云计算这一新技术的跨越式浸透，将原有组织内部科层管理下的IT部门职能扩展到组织外部企业，在应用云计算服务的组织和云计算供应商之间趋向于构建基于IT服务的网络关系，这就为IT网络组织的形成奠定了基础。当前学术界对于云计算应用所构成的IT网络组织研究尚处于探索阶段，对于这种网络化的形成机制，治理机制以及治理绩效等一系列问题是中国企业在云计算应用过程中的重要实践课题。IT网络组织的研究将有助于中国企业提升云计算绩效，建立网络组织的规范化运作。本文综合网络组织、云计算应用以及技术采纳等理论，对云计算应用条件下所形成的IT网络组织进行了分析，并根据文献理论提出IT网络组织的形成机制，对IT网络组织治理等研究方向提出了展望。……
