【摘   要】 独立院校作为我国高等教育重要组成部分，担负国家本科生培养重任。作为普通高等院校补充成分，独立院校的存在让更多的学生有接受本科教育的可能，然而独立院校的办学性质使得其基本得不到国家政府的财政补贴，办学经费都来自学生缴纳的学费，因此，独立院校的学费比普通高校高出很多。受主客观原因限制，独立院校学生就业存在一定困难，本文主要分析独立院校就业状况。

Research on the Employment Situation of Independent Colleges in the Internet Times

[Abstract] As an important part of higher education in China， independent colleges are responsible for the training of undergraduate students. As a supplementary component of ordinary colleges and universities， the existence of independent institutions allows more students to have the possibility of receiving undergraduate education. However， the nature of independent institutions makes them basically unable to receive financial subsidies from the national government. The funds for running schools are paid by students. Tuition fees， therefore， the tuition fees of independent institutions are much higher than ordinary colleges and universities. Due to the objective reasons of the subject， there are certain difficulties in the employment of independent college students. This paper mainly analyzes the employment situation of independent colleges.

1  独立院校学生就业现状

独立院校作为高等教育补充体系，扩大了国家本科招生规模，国民经济条件越来越好的情况下，越来越多的人愿意缴纳高昂学费接受本科教育，独立院校开设数量持续增长，每年的毕业生约占全国本科毕业生的三分之一，独立院校毕业生就业情况已成为社会热点，随着普通高校本科扩招，独立院校毕业生就业形势将会更加严峻。与公办大学毕业生相比，独立院校毕业生在就业市场上的竞争力优势不足，普遍不受企业和用人单位认可。独立院校大多数毕业生不愿意去偏远地区发展，希望留在经济繁华地区工作。受各种主客观原因影响，独立院校毕业生就业比公立高校毕业生就业更加困难，毕业生中有超过百分之八十选择就业，因国营企业人事招聘条件更为苛刻，选择就业的人中有将近百分之九十选择进入私营企业，选择继续升学的人不到百分之五，还有极少数人选择自主创业，剩下一部分人处于则待业状态。……
