[摘要]目的 研究人性化护理在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果及对患者阴性症状量表（SANS）评分的影响。方法 选取2017年3～9月在我院住院的60例精神分裂症，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组各30例。对照组采取常规护理，研究组采取人性化护理。观察治疗前后两组的护理满意度，比较两组的SANS评分。结果 研究组的护理总满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）；护理前，两组的SANS评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），护理后，研究组的SANS评分明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采取人性化护理精神分裂症患者，不仅能改善治疗效果，提高患者的护理满意度，还能减轻患者心理的疼痛和障碍，降低患者的SANS评分，提高日常生活能力，有效治疗精神分裂症，值得在临床护理上推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing on the nursing of schizophrenic patients and the effect of the patient negative symptom scale （SANS）. Methods 60 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in our hospital from March to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group， 30 cases in each group. The control group was took routine care and the research group was took humane care. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after treatment were observed， and the SANS score was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group， the total satisfaction of nursing in the research group was higher than the control group （P<0.05）； before nursing， SANS scale there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients （P>0.05）， after nursing， the research group was significantly lower than the control group， the difference was statically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Adopt humanized nursing patients with schizophrenia， not only can improve the treatment effect， to improve the nursing satisfaction of patients， patients can reduce psychological pain and disability， reduce the SANS scores of patients， making patients daily life ability was improved， can the effective treatment of schizophrenia. It is worth popularizing in clinical nursing.

隨着现代生活压力的增大，人们的心理压力也越来越大，当这些心理压力无处释放的时候，人们就会产生心理障碍，逐渐演变成精神分裂症[1]。精神分裂症是临床上最常见的疾病，引发这种病的原因是多方面的，让患者产生抑郁、焦虑和烦躁不安。患者病情时好时坏，反复发作，不仅给患者的心理带来无限的疼痛，还给家属带来无限的担心和忧愁，严重的影响了患者的正常生活。采取人性化护理精神分裂症患者，不仅能改善治疗效果，提高患者的护理满意度，还能减轻患者的疼痛和心理障碍，降低患者的阴性症状量表（SANS）评分，使患者的情感、思维、意志、兴趣社交和心理障碍都得到了有效的治疗和管理，达到有效治疗精神分裂症的效果[2]，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2017年3～9月在我院住院精神分裂症患者60例，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组各30例[3]，患者均知情同意本研究。……
