摘 要：针对我国现有的自动化药房技术在医院患者高峰期存在的发药效率较低，患者需要排队较长时间才能够取到药品而导致的取药人员滞留问题，设计开发了一种直立药槽式模块化自动化药房。运用重力落料原理以及模块化控制的方法对药盒进行快速分拣，通过对发药机药槽的优化设计以及药槽排布的规划，基于Ansys软件对关键部件进行分析，确定了发药模块药槽的工作稳定性。这种新型的发药方式，不但可以大大缩短处方的处理时间和发药时间，而且避免了药盒与药槽之间的粘连，从而提高了发药准确率。

Abstract：For the low efficiency of medicine-distribution of domestic automatic pharmacy during rush hours and the shortage of patient waiting for a long time to take drugs，which results in a retention.A modular automatic pharmacy with vertical medicine tank has been designed to change the condition.The theory of Gravity using and the method of Modular control is adopted to achieve express distribution.Through the reform of medicine slots and the renew of its arrangement.Working stability has been made sure based on Ansys analysis.The new type drug distribution method can not only save time for dealing with prescriptions and drug distributions，but also avoid the conglutination between drugs and slots，which increased the distribution accuracy.

0 引 言

随着我国的医疗体制逐渐完善，自动化药房已经成为医院药房管理当中重要的组成部分。我国自动化药房起步晚，发展缓慢，技术不成熟，而国外的一些产品经过长足的发展日趋成熟。因此现阶段国内的门诊药房大多引进国外的自动化药房技术和产品。但由于国内外医疗状况不完全相同，因此在使用当中也出现了诸多问题[1-2]。

市面上现存的自动化药房当中，应用最为广泛的发药方式是机械手式和储药槽式两种[3]。机械手式自动发药机每次只能处理一盒药品，工作效率低，难以适应我国高密度的发药需求。储药槽式自动发药机分两类，一种是自由落体式自动发药机，其药槽与水平面成一定角度排列，发药时发药翻版将最末端药盒顶出，剩余药品依靠自身重力下滑，完成发药过程[4]。……
