【摘 要】4G/5G融合组网及互操作技术是运营商在5G网络部署中需要重点考虑的问题之一，因此根据3GPP Rel-15标准要求，分析了4G/5G跨系统互操作架构、核心网网元融合部署原则、应用单注册/双注册模式，以及部署/未部署N26接口情况下具体的4G/5G互操作业务流程，为后续运营商的网络演进和部署提供参考。

Study on Integrated Networking and Interoperation for 4G and 5G

[Abstract] The 4G/5G integrated networking and interoperation are the key problem in the 5G network deployment for operators. Therefore， according to the requirements of 3GPP Rel-15 standard， the 4G/5G cross-system interoperation architecture， the integrated deployment principle of the core network element， the application of single-registration and dual-registration mode， the detailed 4G/5G interoperation business procedure in the conditions of deployment and without deployment of N26 interface were analysed to provide a reference to the network evolution and deployment for operators in the future.

1 引言

5G网络是当前移动网络领域最热门的概念之一，“万物互联”的愿景和助力产业升级的目标使5G的研究和商用部署的节奏不断加快。3GPP SA2第124次会议的闭幕，也宣告了Rel-15阶段的工作胜利完成，5G核心网正式完成了第一阶段架构的设计，商用产品的研发、试验和网络的商用部署工作即将大规模铺开。

5G的商用部署进程将是一个基于4G系统进行的长期的替换、升级、迭代的过程，而在5G网络部署的前中期阶段，4G系统也是在5G覆盖不完善的情况下，作为保障用户业务连续性体验这一目的的最好补充。因此4G/5G融合组网以及互操作技术将是各大运营商在网络演进中需要重点考虑的问题之一。

基于3GPP现阶段的结论，本文仅讨论5G同4G之间的融合组网及互操作技术，暂不涉及5G同2G/3G之间的互操作。

2 4G/5G融合互操作架构

4G/5G融合组网意味着网络、数据、业务均需要进行一体化的融合演进，对从现有4G网络到5G的演进过程来说，用户签约数据融合、业务策略数据融合以及业务连续性是网络融合过程中需最优先考虑的问题。基于这部分网络演进需求，3GPP定义了专用于跨系统互操作的4G/5G融合网元，即HSS+UDM、PCRF+PCF、PGW-C+SMF和PGW-U+UPF。……
