摘 要 国药控股股份有限公司是一家集团型企业，其在仁科Peoplesoft（简称：PS）人力资源管理信息系统中应用了人事、薪资、绩效、培训等主要核心功能模块。团队通过“系统集中化管理”、“推广应用中的解决方案”、“微信端功能的开发与使用”等各项措施，在5年期间持续实践与探索中获得了一定的人力资源管理信息系统应用的显著成效，如“电脑端/微信端员工自助入职平台”、“移动绩效管理平台”、“在线学习平台”和“微信消息共享平台”的搭建方面尤为突出。

Practice and exploration of human resource information management in a pharmaceutical group-based enterprise

ABSTRACT As a group-based enterprise， Sinopharm applies the core function modules of Peoplesoft e-HR system in workforce，payroll，performance and training management. According to the ‘centralized management application， ‘solutions of the system generalization and application and ‘R&D; of WeChat mobile function， Sinopharm gained some achievements of the continuous practice and exploration in the e-HR system application during the five years， especially in the aspects of ‘PC/WeChat employee self-service entry mobile system platform， ‘mobile performance platform， ‘e-learning platform and ‘WeChat message sharing platform.
