摘 要：随着我国国民经济条件不断提升，人们的生活质量也得到了明显改善。人们家庭、工作和生活中已经离不开各类汽车。汽车在运行时难免出现故障，加之我国各城市汽车保有量不断上升，汽车维修的市场不断扩大。特别是汽车电气类故障，在汽车维修行业中也属于技术含量较高的内容。文章根据作者多年经验，阐述了汽车电气维修中遇到的问题和常用的解决办法，为汽车电气维修行业提供一定的参考思路。

Abstract： With the continuous improvement of China's national economic conditions， people's quality of life has also been significantly improved. People's family， work and life have been inseparable from all kinds of cars. It is hard to avoid the malfunction of the automobile when it runs. In addition， the quantity of the automobile in every city of our country is rising constantly， and the market of the automobile maintenance is expanding constantly. In particular， the automotive electrical fault， in the automotive maintenance industry also belongs to the content of higher technology. According to the author's experiences for many years， this paper expounds the problems encountered in automobile electrical maintenance and the common solving methods， and provides some reference for the automobile electrical maintenance industry.

1 概述

随着科学技术的不断进步和经济全球化进程对我国影响的不断加大，各种品牌、各式各样的车辆在我国拥有相当庞大的市场，尤其国产车辆的汽车保有量十分巨大。随着时间的推移及驾驶员驾驶习惯不同，车辆在行驶过程中难免会出现各种故障、事故等，于是汽车维修行业的市場也越做越大。

汽车维修包含很多方面，尤其汽车电气部分的维修，属于比较重要的维修项目之一，如果汽车电气出现问题，汽车中几乎所有用电设备都可能存在隐患。目前依靠汽车电气电能的部分包括：ECU、行车电脑、电子手刹、汽车车灯、空调系统、雨刷器电机系统、影音系统、辅助驾驶系统等等。如果汽车电气故障维修不当或汽车电气改造不合理，极易造成车辆的自燃、行驶中出现故障甚至事故等严重后果，因此，电气维修不可马虎也不能疏忽。……
