摘要：随着城市化进程的加快，中国城市进入了快速发展阶段，城市人口的持续增长、以及城市规模越来越大，城市渐渐成为了社會经济发展最有力的支撑，但与此同时，也对城市原有的公共设施、城市管理、生态环境和资源供给等方面提出了严峻的挑战。城市的管理者以及普通社会人员都迫切希望在保持城市高速发展的同时也能合理解决以上问题，在进行不断的尝试之后，建设“智慧城市”的理念最终走入人们心中。所谓“智慧城市”，是指信息化城市、数字城市、智能城市的高级发展阶段，具体来讲就是集成多种高新技术的应用，通过数字化、信息化、泛在互联、云计算、全面感知、智能分析等手段再现城市的各种资源分布状况及空间地理信息，促进城市不同部门、不同层次之间的信息共享、交流和整合，提高城市资源利用效率，增强城市的聚集、扩散与辐射功能，进而提高城市的规划、管理与发展水平，满足人们对城市各种信息的获取、转换、存储、检索、共享、处理、分析、显示和应用等一系列要求，便于人们最大限度地实现智能感知、资源共享及合理使用，是人们认识、改造和保护城市的一种新手段。

Abstract： With the acceleration of urbanization， our city has entered a stage of rapid development， urban population growth， rapid expansion of city size， so the city become the most powerful engine of social and economic development， but also to the city existing public facilities， management， environment， resource supply and other aspects of the city posed a severe challenge. City managers and ordinary people are keen to keep the city with the rapid development， at the same time，which can effectively alleviate the above problems， and after doing all sorts of useful attempt， the concept of building a "smart city" become the mainstream thought. The so-called "smart city"， is the advanced stage of development of information technology city， digital city， smart city， specifically the integration of a variety of high-tech applications， digital， information technology， ubiquitous connectivity， cloud computing through comprehensive perception， intelligent means for reproducing a variety of analysis and spatial distribution of geographic information resources of the city， promote information sharing different sectors of the city， between the different levels， exchange and integration， improve the urban resource use efficiency， and enhance the city's aggregation， diffusion and radiation function， thereby improve the planning， management and the level of urban development， to meet the people of the city all kinds of information acquisition， conversion， storage， retrieval， sharing， processing， analysis， display and application of a series of requirements， to facilitate people to maximize Intelligent Sense， resources shared and rational use. It is a new means for people to understand， adapt to and protect the city.
