【摘 要】森林资源是人类最重要的自然资源之一，它不仅关系到地球的生态平衡，还对人类的生存和发展起到不可替代的作用。为了深入贯彻建设生态文明国家的观念，近年来，我国对于森林资源的管理和关注不断提高，但是就实际情况来看，发生森林火灾的次数仍然不在少数，造成的损失也不容忽视，还是需要进一步改进和完善相关的机制，本文分析了我国目前森林防火方面的问题和现状，并根据实际情况提出了相应的解决对策，以供有关人员作为参考。

[Abstract] forest resources are one of the most important natural resources of mankind. It is not only concerned with the ecological balance of the earth， but also plays an irreplaceable role in human survival and development. In order to carry out the idea of ecological civilization construction， in recent years， our country for forest resource management and focus on improving， but in the context of the actual situation， the number of forest fire happened is still not a few， the loss of also nots allow to ignore， still need to further improve and perfect the related mechanism， this paper analyzes the current problems of forest fire prevention and the status quo， and put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the actual situation， in order to offer reference for the related personnel.

為了保护我国现有的森林资源，相关部门已经相继推出了一系列的法律法规，我国对于林业的重视以及采取的保护措施已经有很大的提高，但是从实际情况来看，仍然有很多的不足之处，只有部分地区有健全的防火体系，还有部分地区防火工作落实不到位、消防体系不健全，要及时发现问题解决问题，才能从根源上减少森林火灾的发生[1]。

1目前森林防火问题分析

1.1森林防火的主要问题

就现阶段情况来说，我国森林防火的主要问题可以分为两大类，分别是自然原因问题和客观原因问题。从自然原因分析，我国国土面积大，地形复杂多样，森林资源分布广泛，大部分森林资源分布在山地或者山区，而山地地势起伏大，复杂多样的地形增加了森林防火工作的难度，这使得一旦发生森林火灾，火速蔓延速度快、影响范围广，难以及时扑灭，导致森林破坏严重。……
