【摘 要】农业生产可以保证人类正常的生活，如果农业方面出现问题，那么各个行业都会受到不同程度的影响，因此农业是十分重要的。可是影响农业生产的因素有很多，其中最为常见的则是气象因素。气象与我们的生活息息相关，有一些气象因素会给农业生产带来不良影响，本文就一些容易对农业生产产生不良影响的气象因素进行分析，并根据实际情况提出降低或预防气象因素对农业生产不良影响的几点对策，希望可以保证农作物的正常生长，从而促进我国农业的健康发展。

[Abstract] agricultural production can guarantee the normal life of human beings. If there are problems in agriculture， then all industries will be affected by different degrees， so agriculture is very important. However， there are many factors affecting agricultural production. The most common ones are meteorological factors. Weather is closely related to our life， there are some meteorological factors will bring bad influence to the production of agriculture， in this paper， some easy to meteorological factors of the adverse impact on agricultural production is analyzed， and according to the actual situation is put forward to reduce or prevent some countermeasures of meteorological factors on the impact of agricultural production， the hope can ensure normal growth of crops， so as to promote the healthy development of agriculture in our country.

俗话说“民以食为天”，农业生产对我们的正常生活有着重要的意义，但是往往会因为一些气象因素导致农作物的减产，这不但会影响农业的发展，还会在很大程度上影响人们的生活。农作物需要风调雨顺，但是如果气候变化无常、环境恶劣、干旱、冷冻、冰雹等自然灾害频频发生就会给农业带来危害[1]。这就需要国家相关部门相互配合，共同降低和预防气象对农作物的影响，保证农作物的产量，从而保证人们生活不被影响。

1.气象因素对农业生产的不良影响

1.1干旱对农业生产的影响

干旱天气对农作物的影响是最大的，按照理论讲，干旱分为土壤干旱与大气干旱。土壤干旱往往会出现在我国北方干旱少雨地区，这种地区一般会在农作物生长期间土壤水分不足，土壤干旱使得土壤不能供给足量的水分给农作物，导致农作物吸收不到充足的水分而影响正常的生长，干旱的农作物一般都是矮小减产的。……
