【摘要】 目的：探究玻璃酸钠药物应用于膝关节半月板损伤患者进行关节镜治疗术后的近期临床效果。方法：选择2010年1月-2016年8月在笔者所在医院接受诊治的54例膝关节半月板损伤患者做研究，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组27例，观察组采用玻璃酸钠注射液联合关节镜术，对照组采用关节镜术，比较两组患者的临床疗效、膝关节功能评分。结果：治疗后，观察组优良率高达96.30%，且膝关节功能评分为（95.20±6.79）分，均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在膝关节半月板损伤患者采取关节镜手术后另行注射玻璃酸钠，近期临床效果非常显著。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment of knee meniscus injury after arthroscopic treatment.Method：54 cases of patients of knee meniscus injury from January 2010 to August 2016 in the authors hospital for diagnosis and treatment were randomly divided into control group and observation group，27 cases in each group.The observation group with Sodium Hyaluronate injection joint arthroscopy，the control group using arthroscopic surgery，clinical curative effect，patients knee function score of two groups were compared.Result：After treatment，the observation group excellent rate was 96.30%，and knee function score of （95.20±6.79）points，better than control the group，the differerce was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：In the knee meniscus injury patients with arthroscopic surgery after injection of sodium hyaluronate，recent clinical results are very significant.

随着医疗水平的不断进步和内镜手术的持续发展，关节镜治疗术在骨关节外科治疗中的应用范围越来越广[1]。膝关节半月板损伤是骨科中常见的损伤，目前对于半月板损伤多采用关节镜下手术进行治疗。玻璃酸钠是一种黏多糖高分子物质，是D-葡萄糖醛酸和N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖构成的大分子链状复合体，是关节黏弹补充剂[2]。本文为了进一步探讨治疗半月板损伤的有效方法，选择2010年1月-2016年8月笔者所在医院收治的54例膝关节半月板损伤患者进行研究，以便临产参考，详细情况见下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般資料

本研究选择2010年1月-2016年8月于笔者所在医院进行治疗的54例膝关节半月板损伤患者作为研究对象。所有患者均符合膝关节半月板损伤的诊断标准。按随机数表法分成观察组、对照组，每组27例。观察组：男15例，女12例；平均年龄（33.92±4.78）岁；左膝损伤16例，右膝损伤11例。……
