[摘要]目的 探讨增强CT协同磁共振（MRI）扫描在周围型肺包块诊断中的价值。方法 选择2014年1月～2016年1月我院收治的100例疑似周围型肺部包块患者的临床资料进行统计分析，全部观察对象均分别接受增强CT、MRI和联合检查，比较分析三种方法的临床诊断情况，以病理结果为依据，对三种检查方式的特异性、敏感性进行评价分析。结果 与单一CT和MRI检查比较，联合检查的特异性和敏感性更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。CT和MRI检查比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 增强CT协同MRI扫描用于周围型肺包块诊断具有较高的准确性，因而临床应用价值较高。

Value of enhanced CT magnetic resonance scan in the diagnosis of peripheral lung tumors

[Abstract]Objective To explore the value of enhanced CT co-magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） in the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary masses.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with suspected peripheral lung lumps from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were analyzed statistically.All subjects were treated with enhanced CT，MRI and combined examination，The clinical and diagnostic conditions of the three methods were compared and analyzed，and the specificity and sensitivity of the three methods were evaluated and analyzed.Results The specificity and sensitivity of the combined examination were higher（P<0.05），compared with single CT and MRI.There was no significant difference in CT and MRI findings（P>0.05）.Conclusion Enhanced CT cochlear MRI scans are of high accuracy in the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary masses，so the clinical application value is higher.

肺部包块指的是肺部炎症、结核、肿瘤等所致的肺部病变，及时发现、准确诊断和早期治疗是这类患者临床治疗和病情控制的关键，临床常用的肺部包块检查和诊断方法包括MRI和CT等，但两种检查方法均存在优势和劣势，因而临床应用价值有限，单一的诊断方法无法为患者疾病的诊断和治疗提供最为可靠的依据，但两种检查方法之间能够达到互相补充的效果，联合应用有助于患者疾病误诊率和漏诊率的降低，进而为疾病的诊断和治疗提供依据。本研究对增强CT协同磁共振（MRI）扫描在周围型肺包块诊断中的价值进行了分析，现报道如下。

1资料与方法
