[摘要]目的 探討胎儿系统超声检查与产科常规超声检查的临床应用效果。方法 抽取2015年1月～2017年1月在我院接受检查的360例孕妇作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组（180例）和参照组（180例）。观察组孕妇接受胎儿系统超声检查，参照组孕妇选用产科常规超声检查，比较两组患者的检查结果。结果 360例孕妇分娩的正常胎儿有332例，畸形胎儿有28例。观察组有10例畸形胎儿，检测出8例，检出率为80%，参照组有18例畸形胎儿，检测出12例，检出率为66.67%，观察组的检出率明显高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。此外，观察组孕妇对检查方法及结果的总满意度均高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 孕妇选用胎儿系统超声检查其检测结果明显优于常规超声检查，能准确观察胎儿的发育情况，提高孕妇对检查方法的满意度，减少医患矛盾，应当推广应用。

Efficacy observation of fetal systematic ultrasound examination and routine ultrasonography in obstetrics

[Abstract]Objective To incestigate the clinical application effect of fetal systematic ultrasound examinationand obstetric routine ultrasound examination.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017，360 pregnant women who were examined in our hospital were selected as subjects and evenly divided into observation group （n=180） and reference group （n=180） in random.The pregnant women in the observation group were provided with ultrasound examination of the fetal system，those participants in the reference group were provided with obstetric routine ultrasound examinations.The inspection outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results There were 332 normal fetuses and 28 cases of abnormal fetuses.In the observation group，8 cases of malformation fetus were detected from 10 cases，the detection rate was 80%，while in the control group，12 cases of malformation fetus were detected from 18 cases，the detection rate of 66.67%，and the detection rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.In addition，the total satisfaction in the examination method and results of pregnant women in the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion The detection results by fetal systematic ultrasound examination in pregnant women are better than those of routine ultrasound examination，which can accurately observe the development of the fetus，increase the satisfaction of the pregnant women，and reduce the conflicts between doctors and patients.It is worthy of promotion in future.

现代化步伐的深入，电子设备充斥着民众的生活，改变着人们以往的工作和生活方式，外界环境、遗传因素及母体等因素都加大了胎儿畸形的发生率[1-2]。据统计，当前我国畸形胎儿占新生胎儿的3%，先天残疾儿童总数已突破百万大关，占我国出生总人口的4%～6%，影响着新生儿日后正常成长的同时也加重了其家庭的负担，严重时甚至会致使新生儿死亡或重度残疾，影响社会的稳定运行[3-5]。为了确保新生儿健康，孕妇需要积极进行产前超声检查。新时期随着时代的发展，常规超声检查已无法满足人们的需求。本研究抽取在我院接受检查的360例孕妇作为研究对象，旨在分析系统超声检查与产科常规超声检查其临床应用价值，现报道如下。
