在英语作文写作中，学生经常会用到agree来表达同意，但它的用法一直是困扰学生的一个棘手问题，尤其涉及到后面接不同的介詞时，更是令部分学生一筹莫展。下面分别就agree组成的短语通过实例做一说明，以期达到理解并能在实际语境中正确运用的目的。

1. agree with 指出自主观愿望的“同意、赞同”

1） agree with sb. 同意，指同意某人的意见。

I cant agree with you on that point. 在那一点上，我不同意你的意见。

Do you agree with me about the need for more schools？ 关于多建一些学校的事，你同意我的意见吗？

2） agree with what sb say 同意某人说过的话

I quite agree with what you say. 我很同意你所说的。

I agree with most of what you said，but I dont agree with everything. 我同意你说的大部分，但并不是全部。

3） agree with sth. 同意某事（尤接表主意、意见、看法、观点的词）

She agreed with this idea. 她赞成这个主意。

I agree with his analysis of the situation. 我同意他对情况的分析。

另外agree with还可以构成以下结构：

4） agree with sb （食物、气候等）与…相一致；适应

The climate here agrees very well with me. 此地的气候与我甚是相宜。

You look well. The air and the sea foods in Sanya must agree with you，I suppose. 你看起来很健康，我想三亚的空气和海鲜一定适合你。

5） agree with sth. （语法上） 在人称或数方面与…保持一致

A verb must agree with its subject in person and number. 动词必须和它的主语在人称和数方面保持一致。

2. agree to

1） agree to sth. 指“接受、认可”，常常指并非出于主观愿望的“同意”，尤指不乐意或争论之后的同意（accept an idea，opinion，etc. esp. after unwillingness or argument），多接计划、日期、建议、提议、安排、解决办法等名词。

She agreed to the plan. 她接受了这个计划。

Do you agree to this arrangement？ 你赞成这个安排吗？

They agreed to the proposal though they did not actually agree with it. 他们接受了这个建议，尽管并不是真正赞同。

2） agree to do sth “同意去做某事”，此时to为不定式符号，后面用动词原形。

He agreed to get someone to help us. 他同意找人来帮助我们的忙。

He agreed to let me go home early. 他同意我早些回家。

3. agree on/ upon “同意”，指双方或多方“在…方面取得一致意见或达成协议”，常与计划、日期、条件、价格等名词连用。

We agree on a date for the next meeting. 我们就下次会议的日期达成协议。

We agree on leaving the next day. 我们一致同意第二天离开。

We couldnt agree on when to meet. 关于什么时候见面，我们未能取得一致意见。

The price for the house has been agreed on. 房屋的价格已达成协议。

4. agree that/ It is agreed that 同意∕一致认为

Most scientists agree that global warming is a serious problem. 大多数科学家都认为全球变暖是个严重的问题。

It is agreed that another meeting was necessary. 大家一致认为有必要再开一次会议。

5. I could not agree more. （口语）我完全同意（I agree completely with sb）。

—The scheme is bound to fail. 这项计划注定要失败。

—I couldnt agree more. 你说得太对了（我完全同意）。

由此可以看出，当我们要表示“同意某人做某事”时，也是不能用agree sb to do sth，此时需要选用别的表示方法。endprint
