【摘 要】随着我国科学技术的迅速发展，冶金行业的发展不断增强，我国冶金设备逐步大型现代化，设备结构也日趋复杂，如何保证冶金设备高效正常运行，对于有效的设备管理、设备维护技术一直是工业发达国家探讨的课题，论文对冶金设备管理与维修技术应用进行分析.

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's science and technology， and the metallurgical industry constantly develops， Chinas metallurgical equipment is gradually being modernized， and structure is becoming more and more complicated， how to ensure the normal operation of metallurgy equipment， effective equipment management and equipment maintenance technology is the subject for industry developed countries discussed， this paper makes an analysis on the application of management and maintenance technology of metallurgical equipment.

1 引言

随着社会的发展和工业技术的进步，冶金行业对设备进行有效的管理与维护，以确保设备高效正常运行，从而促进冶金行业的顺利有序生产以及可持续发展，因此冶金设备管理与维护显得尤为重要。

2 设备管理

所谓设备管理，就是对设备所进行的计划、组织、指挥、协调、控制和决策等一系列活动的总称。设备管理是企业管理的一个重要领域，加强设备管理对保证企业生产的顺利进行，改善经济效益，提高生产的现代化水平都有重大作用，主要体现在[1]加强设备管理是保证企业生产正常进行的条件；加强设备管理是提高企业经济效益的重要手段；加强设备管理有利于加速企业现代化的进程；加强设备管理是安全生产的要求。

设备管理的基本任务就是通过技术、经济和管理措施，对企业的生产设备进行综合管理，做到全面规划、全面配置、择优选购、正确使用、精心维护、科学维修、及时改造和更新，使设备处于良好的技术状态，不断改善和提高企业的技术装备素质，达到设备寿命周期费用最经济、综合效能最高的目的。……
