[摘要] 目的 探讨郁甦散剂对肺炎喘嗽急性期患儿的疗效分析。 方法 将180例肺炎喘嗽急性期患儿分为单纯西医治疗组（对照组）、郁甦散剂组（西医治疗+郁甦散剂）和麻杏石甘汤组（西医治疗+麻杏石甘汤加减），每组各60例。观察三组患儿症候、体温恢复正常、肺部啰音消失时间及X线复查肺部病灶吸收、血象恢复情况等。 结果三组患者治疗前症状无统计学差异；治疗后表现出显著的组间差异性，郁甦散剂组和麻杏石甘汤组在退热、咳嗽、喘息症状改善和肺部啰音消失时间、平均治疗天数，均优于对照组（P<0.05）；郁甦散剂组和麻杏石甘汤组则无显著差异（P>0.05）。通过对三组患儿足疗程治疗后疗效情况进行两两组间比较分析，郁甦散剂组和麻杏石甘汤组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），上述兩组分别与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 郁甦散剂对肺炎喘嗽急性期患儿治疗与传统的麻杏石甘汤加减治疗同样有效，比单用西药治疗组疗效佳。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the curative effect of YuSu powder on children with acute asthma of pneumonia. Methods 180 children with acute asthma cough were randomly divided into the Western medicine treatment group （control group）， YuSu powder group （Western medicine treatment+YuSu Powder）， Maxing Shigan decoction group （Western medicine treatment + Maxing Shigan decoction）， with 60 cases in each group. The symptoms， the time of body temperature returned to normal， the time of pulmonary rales disappearing and the absorption of lung lesions examined by X-ray and blood recovery in three groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in symptoms between the three groups before treatment. After treatment， there were significant differences between groups. YuSu powder group and Maxing Shigan decoction group were better than the control group in the anti-fever， improvement of cough， wheezing symptoms and the days of pulmonary rales disappearing and treatment （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference between YuSu powder group and Maxing Shigan decoction group（P>0.05）. By comparing the curative effect between the three groups of children after full course of treatment， the results showed that there was no significant difference between YuSu powder group and Maxing Shigan decoction group （P>0.05）. There were significant differences between the above groups and the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion YuSu powder has the same effect as the traditional Maxing Shigan decoction in children with acute asthma cough treatment， and has btter effect than the Western medicine group.

肺炎喘嗽是小儿时期常见的肺系疾病之一，临床以发热、咳嗽、痰壅、气急、鼻煽为主要症状。重者可见张口抬肩、呼吸困难、面色苍白、口唇青紫等症[1]。本病是儿科常见病，一年四季均可发生，冬春季多见，好发于婴幼儿，病因主要是小儿外感风邪、挟寒挟热犯肺所致。本研究通过肺炎喘嗽急性期患儿在西医治疗的基础上予以加用自拟的“郁甦散剂”或传统的麻杏石甘汤加减与单用西医治疗进行比较，在临床症候改善、炎症指标好转等方面，“郁甦散剂”与传统的麻杏石甘汤加减同样取得较好疗效，比单用西医治疗疗效佳，现报道如下。
