【摘要】本文主要通过对农村古老建筑的基本消防概况进行分析，通过对其中存在的建筑耐火等级低，消防设施不健全和消防安全监管不到位这三个具体的问题研究，从而对农村古老建筑消防安全管理提出具体的对策，进一步促进我国农村古老建筑消防安全，促进农村古老建筑的传承与保护。

【Abstract】This paper mainly through the basic situation of the rural fire protection of ancient buildings are analyzed， based on the existing building fire refractory low grade， inadequate facilities and fire safety regulation is not in place of the three specific problems， and put forward specific measures for fire safety management of old buildings in rural areas， to further promote the fire safety the rural old buildings， promote the inheritance and protection of ancient buildings in rural areas.

1. 前言

（1）随着社会的不断发展，我国各方面的公共事业都在不断的发展，公共事业的不断完善，对人们的生活有很大的帮助，同时也给人们的生活提供了很大的方便。目前国家对于农村的发展大力扶持，所以有很多的惠民政策，农村的各种事业都在逐渐成熟的过程中。在农村中，各种公共事业像医保，农业补助等等都在逐步发展已经基本完善，但是还有很大一部分事业有待提高。在农村发展的过程中，有很大一部分古老的建筑被保留了下来，有的古老建筑在现代社会发展的背景下甚至被当做文化遗产，但是农村古老建筑在现代社会发展的过程中，消防措施还有很大的缺失，这部分内容的缺失非常容易造成古老建筑的损失，所以必须要加强农村古老建筑的消防安全，从而对我国农村古建筑进行进一步的保护。

（2）在国家快速发展的大背景之下，人们逐渐往农村迁移，农村的土地被荒废，城市中人群的拥挤造成整個城市的压抑，所以在这种情况下，国家开始大力扶持农村的发展。……
