【摘要】砼面板堆石坝是自上世纪80年代以来发展最快的一种新型堆石坝，具有施工速度快、造价低、受地形地质条件影响小的优点，同时也具有砼面板容易开裂，质量控制较难的缺点。施工前，均需针对当地材料进行现场碾压试验，通过碾压试将所得的干容重、孔隙率、渗透系数、颗粒级配以及最优含水量等指标与设计指标相比较，以确定坝体填筑时的施工工艺。本文是对昌宁大城水库施工的碾压试验的总结，供同行参考。

1. 工程概況

（1）大城水库工程位于云南省保山市昌宁县以南勐统乡坝塘山河上游段，勐统河流域的一级支流，属怒江水系。

大城水库工程是云南省重点水利工程，主要是为农田灌溉服务，总库容1085.00万m3，灌溉面积4.36万亩 ，Ⅲ等中型水库，概算投资约1亿元。枢纽工程由主坝、副坝、溢洪道、1#输水、泄洪、导流遂洞和2#输水隧洞、渠道等组成（主坝剖面图见图1）。

（2）主坝为坝顶溢流砼面板堆石坝，是云南省第一座坝顶溢流面板堆石坝，坝顶高程1825.30m，最大坝高45.30m，坝顶宽7.00 m。大坝包括砼面板、趾板、垫层区（包括特殊垫层区）、过渡区、主堆石区、次堆石区以及上游铺盖区和下游抛石区，还包括坝顶结构、溢洪道和消能建筑等。主要填筑方量：坝体主堆石填筑：111160 m3， 坝体次堆石填筑44110 m3，过渡料填筑12780 m3，垫层料（包括小区垫层料）填筑12850 m3。见图1。

副坝坝型为粘土均质坝，坝顶高程1825.30m，最大坝高15.30 m，坝顶宽5 m，坝顶长47.04 m。主要填筑方量：坝体粘土填筑：15415 m3。……
