摘要：目的 探讨益气祛风方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的临床疗效。方法 采用随机数字表法将90例CVA患者分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组予益气祛风方，每日1剂，每日2次，口服；对照组予孟鲁司特钠片，每次1片，每晚口服。均治疗4周。观察2组患者治疗前后咳嗽评分、莱斯特咳嗽问卷（LCQ）积分变化情况，观察临床疗效及咳嗽复发情况。结果 治疗组总有效率为93.33%（42/45），对照组为75.56%（34/45），治疗组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。与本组治疗前比较，2组咳嗽评分均降低，治疗组治疗后咳嗽评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；与本组治疗前比较，2组LCQ总分均升高，治疗组治疗后LCQ总分高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组咳嗽复发率为14.29%（6/42），对照组为52.94%（18/34），2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 益气祛风方治疗CVA效果显著，能有效缓解患者的咳嗽症状，减少咳嗽复发，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract： Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Qufeng Formula for the treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods Totally 90 cases of cough variant asthma were divided into treatment group and control group through random number table method， with 45 cases in each group. Treatment group was given Yiqi Qufeng Formula， one dose per day， twice a day， orally； while control group was given montelukast sodium tablets， once a day， every night， orally. The treatment for both groups lasted for 4 weeks. Changes in the cough scores， the LCQ total scores， and the recurrence of cough were observed. Results The total effective rate was 93.33% （42/45） in the treatment group and 75.56% （34/45） in the control group， and the treatment group was better than the control group （P<0.05）. Compared with before treatment， cough scores decreased in both groups， with treatment group lower than the control group （P<0.05）. Compared with before treatment， LCQ total scores in both groups increased， with treatment group higher than the control group （P<0.05）. The recurrence rate of cough was 14.29% （6/42） for the treatment group and 52.94% （18/34） for the control group， with statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Qufeng Formula has obvious efficacy for treatment of cough variant asthma， which can effectively relieve the cough symptom， reduce the chance of recurrence and improve life quality of patients.

咳嗽變异性哮喘（cough variant asthma，CVA）是一种特殊类型的哮喘，临床表现为反复发作的慢性咳嗽而无典型哮喘所表现的喘息和呼吸困难等症状。中华医学会呼吸病学分会哮喘学组中明确认为，CVA是哮喘的一种形式，它的病理生理改变与哮喘病一样，也是持续气道炎症反应与气道高反应性[1]。本病属中医学“久咳”“顽咳”范畴，根据其临床特点，

中医按照“风咳”治疗本病[2-3]。笔者基于《内经》“虚邪贼风”理论及“久病耗气伤阴”观点，结合多年临床观察，认为本病病机为气阴虚损、风邪留恋，采用益气祛风方进行治疗，观察其临床疗效及咳嗽复发情况，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2014年1月-2016年12月本院呼吸科门诊CVA患者90例，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组男23例，女22例；年龄19～71岁，平均（35.62±6.55）岁；病程8～48周，平均（17.51±5.02）周。对照组男21例，女24例，年龄19～71岁，平均（35.51±6.65）岁；病程8～48周，平均（17.55±5.25）周。2组患者性别、年龄、病程比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。……
