[摘要] 目的 探討全程护理干预对慢性乙肝患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响。 方法 选择我院2014年5月～2016年2月收治的82例慢性乙肝患者作为实验对象，所有慢性乙肝患者采用数字奇偶法分组。对照组：抗病毒治疗期间施以一般性基础护理；观察组：抗病毒治疗期间施以全程护理干预。回顾性分析抗病毒治疗依从性等。 结果 观察组慢性乙肝患者定期复查依从性以及药物治疗依从性同对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组慢性乙肝患者生活方式改善同对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组慢性乙肝患者护理满意度同对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 对于慢性乙肝患者抗病毒治疗期间积极施以全程护理干预加以配合，可以明显促进定期复查依从性、药物治疗依从性，提高生活方式改善以及满意度，从而优化慢性乙肝患者的预后质量以及生活能力。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance of antiviral therapy in the patients with chronic hepatitis B

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance of antiviral therapy in the patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 82 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to February 2016 were selected as subjects. All patients with chronic hepatitis B were assigned to groups according to the odd and even number method. Control group： general nursing care during antiviral treatment； observation group： comprehensive nursing intervention during antiviral treatment. A retrospective analysis was carried out for the compliance of antiviral therapy. Results Compared with the patients with chronic hepatitis B in the control group， the increasing degree of the compliance of regular reexamination and compliance of medication in the observation group was significant（P<0.05）； in the observation group， the improvement of lifestyle in the patients with chronic hepatitis B was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）； the nursing satisfaction in the patients with chronic hepatitis B in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion In the patients with chronic hepatitis B， the positive comprehensive nursing intervention and good compliance during the antiviral therapy are able to promote the increase of regular reexamination compliance， medication compliance， improvement of lifestyle and the influencing degree of satisfaction， so as to optimize the prognosis quality and life ability in the patients with chronic hepatitis B.endprint

作为众多传染病之一，慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的出现较为普遍并且表现较为严重，如果未接受正规治疗，则因为病情迁延不愈，最终呈现出肝硬化，如果情况更为严重，会转化为肝癌疾病[1-4]。临床通过施以抗病毒治疗，可使得患者呈现出的肝脏炎症获得大幅度缓解，针对肝硬化可以进行有效阻断，避免出现肝癌疾病或者并发出现相关疾病，从而有效增强慢性乙肝患者的生活能力，有效延长存活时间[5，6]。临床在施以抗病毒药物治疗期间，药物种类繁多，主要应用阿德福韦酯、拉米夫定以及恩替卡韦等，如果患者表现出较差的用药依从性，则最终会呈现用药失败的现象[7，8]。本文将确定最佳方式以改善慢性乙肝施以抗病毒治疗过程中的依从性作为研究目的，从而说明创建全程护理干预方案配合完成抗病毒治疗的价值。……
