论马斯洛需求层次理论对研究生教育作用研究

关于马斯洛的五个需求层次理论,在研究生除了与大多数群体存在共同的需求之外，还存在其鲜明特殊性，对此，高校利用层次理论分析研究生问题。探究对研究生教育的路径，就要关心研究生现实需求，提供生活辅助；重视校园安全秩序，构建和谐社会环境；给予研究生人文关怀，满足精神需求；尊重研究生的主体性，实现立德树人目标；营造良好的学术氛围，激励研究生自我超越,全面做好社会人才摇篮工作。

Abstract:Five of about Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs,a graduate student in addition to the demand for common with most groups,also has its particularity,the college graduate student,using the theory of hierarchy analysis to explore the path of postgraduate education,will be concerned about the reality demand of graduate students and provide life support;Attaches great importance to the campus security order and to build a harmonious social environment;To give graduate students humanistic care,meet the spiritual needs;Respect for the graduate student's subjectivity,Khalid nets to achieve goals;Create a good academic atmosphere,encouraging graduate self transcendence,comprehensive to do a good job of social talents cradle.

引进人才需求，研究生群体如何利用需求层次理论，来更好的开展和完善思想政治教育，要求我们先对研究生需求问题进行解剖，才能满足对高层次健康人才的需求。

一、马斯洛需求层次理论

美国心理学家亚伯拉罕.马斯洛 (Abraham H.Maslow 1908 － 1970)提出:(1)生理需求:“它包括了人类维持自身生存和繁衍后代最基本的需求，诸如食物、空气、睡眠、水、性等，是最低层最基本，也是最具有驱动力的需求。”[1](2)安全需求:“它是指人对结构、秩序的稳定、安全感以及避免痛苦、得到保护的追求，包括对人身、财产安全以及对秩序的需求等。它和生理需求同属于低层次需求。”[2](3)归属与爱的需求:“人是社会性动物，一旦获得了生理和安全需求的满足，对感情的需求就变得重要。这一层次主要包括被人接纳、爱护、关注、鼓励及支持等的需求。……
