我国电动汽车分时租赁服务存在的问题及解决对策

电动汽车作为新能源汽车的技术先锋已经走进公众视野，成为未来汽车的代名词。在中国政府的政策引导下，电动汽车正加快技术革新和市场应用的步伐，我国兴起的电动汽车分时租赁服务为推广电动汽车的普及应用探索出了一条成功的发展道路。从我国电动汽车分时租赁服务的市场应用过程中存在的问题入手，分析目前电动汽车分时租赁的发展瓶颈，并尝试提出了相关的解决方案，为政府决策者及汽车消费者提供决策建议和消费指导。

Abstract： As a new energy vehicle technology pioneer,electric vehicles has entered the public view and become synonymous with the future of the car.Under the guidance of the policy of Chinese government,electric car is speeding up the pace of technological innovation and market application and sharing rental service for the domestic rise of popularization and application of electric vehicles to explore a successful road of development.starting from the problems in domestic electric vehicle market rental service application process,this paper analyzes the current bottleneck in the development of electric automobile lease,and tries to put forward relevant solutions,to provide advice and guidance for government consumption decision makers and consumers.

何谓“分时租赁”，即在国务院办公厅发布《关于加快新能源汽车推广应用的指导意见》的政策背景下，以杭州“微公交”模式为主体的电动汽车分时租赁的运营模式。该模式具有分时共享、按需付费、全程自助、网点服务的运营特点。毋庸置疑，我国电动汽车分时租赁服务在降低电动汽车的使用门槛、创新完善城市交通出行方式、引导环保节能的消费观念以及探索新能源汽车的普及推广等方面做出了突出贡献。但是，在我国电动汽车分时租赁的运营实践过程中，仍存在诸多问题，需要认真审视并加以解决[1]。
